Eventhough hotel sent a message about their employee vacancy, no bar and restaurant didn't open at Sunday and Monday nights. It looks like a ghost hotel. This info noticed only in Hotels.com message and not to my email to reconsider this reservation. All the facilities are very much old and inconvenient including not serving the new towel everyday. Due to all those reason, they serve free Tuesday continental breakfast, but it is hard to believe that will compensate the money for my booking. I can't believe why this hotel got higher review point.

From the moment we stepped in it felt so warm and welcoming to be here. The owners Kim and Chris are so lovely and helpful. All of their staff are so kind. The pub was great. The food was great. The breakfast was phenomenal. Hot cooked thoughtfully served breakfast. My son and I had a great time here the town is really special and quaint.

Friendly well run hotel. Staff were attentive, room was spacious and homely and there was a bath to relax in. Evening meal and breakfast were both enjoyable with a good choice of food.

Pleasant place to stop for the night near the Highlands Folk Museum. Beer on tap and a comfortable bed. Would revisit.

We loved our stay in The Glen Hotel! It was the perfect small-town stay will all the amenities. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was always delicious - we loved that there were some continental options as well as made-to-order hot options. It was great that they also had dinner on-site, and the food was always delicious. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was modern and comfortable (as a bigger person I'm always scared of what bathrooms in smaller hotels will be like, but this one was very accessible to me). The free parking was also a great bonus.

This place is a gem. The restaurant food and the staff are great. You feel like you are staying with a loving family. The room is comfortable and cozy. Breakfast is very good and you have options. Definitely will stay again.

Was a cozy Inn great location by Rothiemurchus activities. Stayed one night as a stop over to Inverness and a morning of Falcrony.

Felt like a real Scottish adventure with friendly staff, a nicely appointed room and both a fine dinner and excellent breakfast. Loved it there!

Good size car par adjoining the hotel which was easy to park in.

The hotel was easy to find and has a good-sized car park. We were made very welcome and as I had completed the pre-registration on-line we could go straight to our room. The hotel serves food so we could eat there that evening. The food was good and the service was excellent. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

Thebl hotel.and pub were very tidy and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable and cosy. We will definitely book here again.

My son and I traveled from Canada 🇨🇦. Newtonmore is a very quiet, quaint village. The Glen was a very lovely central place to stay. The room was clean, staff very attentive and helpful.Meals were amazing with breakfast included in your stay except Mondays. There is a diner a short walk away, and a couple of cafes down the street. We loved it.

This place was amazing. Great custom order breakfast. Rooms were great. Near a nice street to shop and just down the road from a place for groceries if needed. Owners were nice and accommodating. Parking lot does get full at night as it’s a pub/restarting as well.

Convenient stop over from Edinburgh and the Isle of Skye. Staff very courteous.

Easy access and parking

Vi fik en hjertevarm velkomst på hotellet og fandt op på vores værelse, som var stort, rent og hyggeligt indrettet. Vi spiste i hotellets restaurant om aftenen, fik os en veltillavet skotsk havis, pints af øl samt en dram til vores dessert. Opholdet var incl. morgenmad, hvor vi kunne vælge mellem forskellige varme ting til morgenmad, god kaffe og buffet med frugt, yoghurt, ost mv. Vi følte os rigtig godt behandlet som gæster her. Newtonmore var den skønneste lille landsby at besøge. Vi fik the Wildcat traile, dette kan varmt anbefales. Vi tog lutter gode minder med os derfra.
