7일동안 지내며 불편한 점 하나 없이 지냈어요. 깨끗하고 편안하고 조용하고 기차역이랑도 10분 거리에요.

Booked a twin room well in advance for £60 for a major event weekend. By the event date, prices had risen dramatically. On arrival, staff were unhelpful about luggage storage and basic facilities. When we returned after midnight to check in, our confirmed booking could not be found despite proof showing a twin room for the correct dates. We were told no twins remained and were given two single rooms instead after a lengthy delay at 12:30am. The repeated comments about pricing and room availability left a very poor impression. No meaningful apology, compensation or attempt to rectify the situation was offered. The replacement room was extremely poor — tiny, top floor, and had no blind or curtain. I was woken by bright sunlight at 4:30am and unable to get back to sleep, leaving me with under four hours’ sleep. I booked a twin room in good faith and did not receive what I paid for. Extremely disappointing customer service and booking handling.

The receptionist was very helpful, the room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and a nice, clean bathroom.

Overall place ok. Bit dusty in the wardrobe to put clothes in and only 2 towels in the room for 4 people.

Es war mitunter eines der schrecklichsten Unterkünfte in der Ich je war. Der Geruch beim betreten des Hotels war unzumutbar. Diese war kaum zu definieren. Die Zimmer wurden kaum sauber gemacht. Es wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt, für alles weitere hatte man anscheinend keine Lust. Die Zimmer selber waren im Keller. Von dort aus konnte ich jeden auf dem Parkplatz hören und sehen. Dementsprechend auch andersherum. Andere Hotels für den Zeitraum zu finden waren vergebens. Während der Zeit, hab ich mir den Wandschrank von Harry Potter gewünscht, und dachte mir abends, was er doch für ein Glück hatte.

Nice helpful staff. It has traditional and modern design features. Stayed there at 3 different times. Will go again in the future.

They could have been better in keeping the building in working condition. It was alright for a single nights stay.

Very nice single room at the top floor

There is no air conditioning. There were rats making sound biting through some board. There was loud noises of people running as I was given a room in the basement. Hardly used for 10 hours after booking the place for 2 days and no one would bother about the issue when raised. Only convenience is it's close to the train station and place of my work

The heating was rationed and switched on for a limited time. When asked to switch on the heating, the staff were unable to help. The rooms were clean, but the building was very old.

Good value budget hotel, ideal for a stopover when visiting Huddersfield. Friendly staff and well equipped rooms.

Clean, modern rooms. Car parking. Booked a twin and arrived to be given 2 singles. OK BUT we could have been told before we arrived!

The room was spacious and clean. Room was warm and inviting on a cold and wet day. We were in front room so traffic noise could be heard but the road was quiet at night so didn't affect sleeping. Receptionist was friendly at check and check out. Great place to stay if your visiting for business or seeing a concert as we were. Would stay again if ever in Huddersfield.

Lo único bueno el chico de la recepción muy amable, la habitación sin calefacción, a las dos de la mañana suena la alarma antiincendios porque estaban fumando en una de las habitaciones, tienen hospedada a gente de servicios sociales, portazos a altas horas de la noche

Lovely building, a short walk from the town centre. Friendly staff, clean room, happy stay!
