Room OK. Hotel probably below average for 3*

Can’t fault the place and staff

The room felt neglected, as did we down in the basement which was dark, cold and the bathroom was dirty and the grab rail to get out of the bath was broken and put behind the towel rail. There was no plug for the bath.

A working radiator in room 406, a hot shower in room 206 and maintenance regarding the TV's electrical connection inroom 206.

The staff was extremely attentive and treated me above and beyond far more than l expected of a two star hotel

There’s no proper WiFi, breakfast and very poor amenities

Perfect location for Venue Cymru, parking £2:60 for the day outside hotel 4pm - 10am. Nice hotel, staff lovely 💖 basic family room, clean (smelt a little damp). Dylan’s, The Goat and Wetherspoons within 5 mins walk. Very nice continental breakfast, didnt expect eggs on toast which was an added bonus 😃 would stay again for £80 family room! X

The family room had had a leak was smelly of damp we had 2 asthmatics couldnt mive us the first night so had no iotion but to stay in that room as llandudno was fully booked because of fireworks, we where moved to another room saturday. The continental breakfast was awful it took 25 minutes to get tea and coffee only for it to be undrinkable the glasses for the juice smelt like wet dog there was a small selection of fresh fruit which was fine we were offered eggs and toast the children had scrammbled i had poached and hubby had fried they were all awful lole rubber, i am nit by any means a food snob or fussy but it really was awful we didnt bother the morning after

Stayed in annex at rear of property so can’t review main hotel, but place looked tired( marks and dents in wall, curtains just about hanging on in there and floodlight up stairs not working). Shower brilliant but couldn’t turn heating off and it was on 24/7 so had to have window open fully day and night.Breakfast basic buffet and weirdly could only order eggs and toast for warm food but all cooked nice and staff were always pleasant and welcoming.

Room was so hot when we walked in fortunately we could open the window but not ajust the temperature. A lot of the furniture was dated and cupboards wouldn't stay closed. A plug that would fit the bath been a family room with children would of been good. Only 2 towels with a family room provided. And did notice a lot of dirt and dust between the beds. Was a cheap stay but could do better.

Limited breakfast,rooms not clean, limited facilities.No wi fi in rooms, very outfated overall Good location though.

Awful, bed springs were gone, crack in window glass, extractor fan in bathroom not working , sink in bathroom blocked and whole room a bit tatty and unclean. The breakfast was awful , just eggs on your choice on one piece of toast !!!! cheapest bread and condiments on earth, the yogurt pots from the Asda value range, we didn’t bother with breakfast after day 1

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, we managed to get a parking space outside the hotel, make sure you have cash if you have a drink in the bar
