Lovely stay at Caer Rhun Hall. Lovely historic building with a nice lounge to relax in and play board games or read. Very friendly staff and nice grounds to walk around if you have a few minutes. Our room was large with a small bathroom that was a bit of a squeeze. All clean and comfortable.

A mixed stay. Hard to give this hotel 3/5, so I rounded up to 4/5. The hotel itself, and surrounding grounds are immaculate. You will be delighted from the minute you park up at their front door. Check-in, central lobby, and ambience is all excellent. 5/5. Our issues were entirely related to our room. We were given a room on the top floor, and the room was very (very) warm. The small bedroom window was wide-open when we went in, and the room didn't cool down. So it was very difficult to get to sleep. There is no Air-Con in the room (or the hotel). We rang reception, and they said they'd look for a portable fan, which we then left on all night beside the open window. It didn't help much. Next, the room said it had "blackout drapes / curtains." For our room, that was simply not true. Our room faced out onto the front of the property, and the rolling blind was simply too small for the window, and offset to the left. As such, there was a large gap on the right and lots of light seepage all night, from the front courtyard white and blue flood lights. We raised this with the staff on check-out, and hope they improve the room. I hope this is fair and reasonable critique. Again - the hotel itself, staff and service, all excellent.

Fabulous grounds and a really luxurious fresh and lovely feel to the interior.staff very helpful too.

We stayed for 1 night for our anniversary and it was truly at the absolute superlative.The staff were exceptionally welcoming and thoughtfully provided us with complimentary tea and coffee. The atmosphere was incredibly romantic and the grounds are breathtaking.Thank you for making our celebration so memorable! We will definetely return ❤️

This hotel is stunning - Beautiful old hall in fantastic gardens. The bedroom was absolutely 5* nicely furnished and modern The staff were lovely and friendly and tbh one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time! I think it would be 5* if it had a restaurant and spa but otherwise it’s excellent

Beautiful location with very lovely staff. Breakfast was excellent (best continental we've had in Wales). No kitchen right now, but seems like they're working on bringing that online soon.

Incredibly dog friendly hotel with beautiful grounds for your dog to explore. Beautifully decorated downstairs and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Only downside was the breakfast; they only offered a buffet style with not a massive choice to choose from and I'd been looking forward to a big hearty full English after having climbed Snowdon the previous day. I was also gutted that our room didn't have a bath, only a shower, as again, after the Snowdon climb a soak in a hot bath would have been ideal. So, if you want a bath make sure to request a room that has one. The hand wash/body wash/shampoo and body lotion is all provided by The White Company and smells delicious!

Lovely location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We had a few small problems with our room which were sorted out by an immediate room swap by the manageress. The rooms are quite small but we're adequate for a short stay. The kitchen was closed while we visited so no cooked food at all but they could supply a delicious continental breakfast and they had lists of recommendations for nearby restaurants (which are excellent) and also suggested to order takeaways which could be eaten in the hotel dining room. Bonus points for EV charging at a considerably lower price than the usual RV charging stations. Would certainly visit again.

Lovely building , Lovely staff, just missing a restaurant at the moment , and gardens could do with more landscaping, although they are neat and tidy. Really lovely stay

Hotellet är stilfullt möblerat och känns lyxigt. Fantastiska omgivningar med mycket stora vackra träd. En perfekt miljö för bröllop, som man tydligen ofta huserar. Trevlig frukost med rikligt av frukt och bär. Restaurangen var stängd under hela vår vistelse men diverse matställen på en 10-15 min avstånd eller hemkörning med UberEats. De minsta rummen är mycket små, men många alternativ finns.

Beautiful manor house refurbished as hotel in the Welsh countryside. 10 minutes by taxi outside of Conwy. Worth the visit.

Beautiful victorian manor house, renovated to a very high standard with modern touches in the room. We stayed in a spacious room on the first floor. Very beautiful room with many storage options, lovely view of the amazing garden, quiet & very comfortable. Excellent king-size bed. High speed internet throughout the hotel. Served continental breakfast. Easy parking on the grounds. Absolutely lovely staff (sent us a forgotten item via mail). Excellent location in the countryside with easy road connections to Conwy center of town. A find.

Very clean, impressive Hotel. Check in was easy and the room was very clean, the grounds definitely need to be walked to appreciate. The hotels flexible check in was also very welcome as we were travelling from Kent. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning here next time we visit family who are in the area.
