No amenities. No TV and the Wi-Fi only works if you walk over and stand by the office. You can't see the water due to the underbrush and hills in front of your room. Poor heating system.

Loved the staff, the property, the heach

Beautiful location on the ocean. There's no cell service in the area and the only wifi is in the check-in area and is slow, so download maps and other info you need in advance.

Good beach property pretty clean not too noisy had pretty much all we needed to cook dinner. Bad we booked with Expedia and it showed we were getting a stand-alone unit. We got a hotel style room on ground floor which we weren’t able to change for a second floor room which would have allowed us to see the ocean

Beautiful natural setting; amazing location.

Lovely. Privacy was high. Good service. BUT no WiFi service. Just warning you!! We survived. There is connection out by the coffee stand. We could get out tech fix off and on. Bed is high to see the oven. Very cute but gets old, if you are short.

Right on First Beach and comfortable, clean cabins…you can’t beat it!

Quiet, relaxing, easy access to the beach

Beautiful oceanfront location.. The room is sort of bare bones but adequate. No housekeeping is offered but can request towels when needed. Towels definitely in need of replacement.

Great place to stay, relax, and unwind. Beautiful location and property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous beach and scenery. Delicious food at the restaurant, especially the clam chowder. Can't wait to return.

Wir haben in einem Classic-Ferienhaus übernachtet, dass zwar keine Dusche hatte und recht klein war. Dennoch war alles Wichtige Vorhanden und die Lage nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt unschlagbar. Gleich neben der Anlage gibt es einen kleinen Store und auch nur 500 Meter entfernt am Hafen kann man in einem Restaurant gut essen.

The surroundings and views of the beach are indescribable. So beautiful. The building we stayed in was old and in desperate need of upgrade.

What a wonderful and unique property. No better view around! It exceeded all expectations.

Vorsicht bei Buchung einer Basic-Ferienhütte!! Hotels.com weist nicht darauf hin, dass es nur Kaltwasser gibt und bietet Dusche an, die nicht vorhanden ist. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein Hotelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Danke dafür an das Frontdesk. Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Anlage direkt am Naturstrand mit bewaldeten Haystocks in unmittelbarer Sichtweite. Abends konnten wir einen sehr schönen Sonnenuntergang im Pazifik beobachten.

Beautiful setting and scenery, well-equipped kitchen except missing spatula, comfortable bed. Photo showed room with fireplace but booking did not include that.

The room was clean, but when we got there, we had to up-grade to a room with a shower. Unbeknownst to me the other cabins had to share a shower house. And for the price of the upgrade, the bath towels were stained so bad I had to use a washcloth to dry myself off with. Also only enough hot water for one short shower.
