Large new rooms with laundry onsite

The design of the property is great. It has secure entrances and all rooms open to a courtyard. The layout provides a window on each side of every room. The room itself was very spacious. It felt very much like an apartment. The room and property were very clean with the exception of the elevator, which had a strong pet odor. This is an excellent stop on the way to Florida and I will be back!

This place was so nice and a close drive to the Omni!

We knew right away our stay would be a good one. The lady at the front desk was so cheerful and courteous. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We will ne staying again.

Nice property, only complaint really is tgere is 2 gas stations around and highway is close which is good. But as far as food goes, you gotta drive like 10 minutes down tge road..its not horrible, just not convinient.

Clean room friendly staff

Loud electronic-sounding noise coming from the wall all day and night. We had to leave the TV on to drown it out.

We had an amazing stay here! The rooms were spacious and very clean. Had a ton of amenities! We felt very safe and wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful staff, we love Pointsetta at the desk. Great room, everything is convenient to food, entertainment and shopping.

I have stayed at this hotel and love it. It’s clean and not expensive. Typically hotels in this price range are “you get what you pay for” but not this hotel. They could charge $50 or $75 more and it’s still a bargain. Wish all the hotels I book would be like this!! Staff is always friendly and they call prior to your stay to confirm the stay. I always have a late check-in, usually around 10:00, with no issues getting the room key after the front desk is closed.

Amazing place to stay for few days and beautiful form inside and outside.

Didn't expect this hotel! It was a great stay; clean, felt safe, great communication from the front desk when we didnt realize the lobby closed at 5. I wish they had one of these hotels near Gulf Shores...it would be our go to! Full kitchen, plenty of space for a family of 5 (3 teens), outdoor space was great for relaxing after a long day of traveling.

I liked the way the receptionist treated me. The cleanliness of the place, the very clean room, and the very comfortable bed, which is why it deserves 5 stars.

This place is fairly new, and definitely worth the $. I liked the beds, hubby didn't, he said they're too soft. The door was very difficult to get into, ended up being a loose hinge. It has a nice kitchen, and there's a courtyard area. Just be warned, there is no one at the desk from 8 pm to 6 am so plan accordingly. aheaccordinglsoft).

This was perfect for a week stay. Super Clean. It had everything we needed. The separate room for sitting with a chair and sofa was super nice. The FULL SIZE Appliances in the Kitchen were perfect for cooking and heating meals. The beds were super comfy, and the black out shades really made sleeping- in a luxury. It was quiet and peaceful and had coffee in the lobby that was delish. I will stay here again when the opportunity arises. Truly a great experience.

Arrived there and no one was there - no nail - no digital key. A phone number that was not valud. So i had to book another hotel last minute. After that also no communication so i paid 2 hotels that night. First time in 20 years travel i have such a bad experience

My stay was great

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I love this hotel and the staff are all great, even if they do not fluently speak English.

We stayed here for almost 5 nights and had a mixed experience. Check-in was smooth, and the manager was friendly, but we weren’t told the Wi-Fi was down until after unloading our things. From Saturday to Sunday we had no internet, and one of our key cards stopped working. Despite the lobby being advertised as open, no one was available to help. The room was clean and had nice amenities like a stove, dishwasher, and towels. However, I found a moldy coffee pod in the coffee maker and a broken outlet that looked like a fire hazard. The bathtub faucet wasn’t sealed properly, and the shower made a loud squealing noise. Noise from the guests above us was constant—stomping, running, and thudding late into the night. We reported it, but nothing changed. At checkout, the manager said she had spoken to the upstairs guests and advised us to request a room not under a family “next time.” That would’ve been helpful to know at check-in—or we should’ve been offered to move. The noise really impacted our stay, and we likely won’t return. The location is convenient—close to Huntsville and near the interstate. There’s also a cute courtyard with a grill and outdoor seating. We wanted to do laundry but found no detergent available for purchase, and the front desk said they had none to offer, so bring your own. This place has potential, but the lack of communication, unresolved noise issues, and small maintenance concerns made our stay disappointing.
