Very pleased with my stay. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The cleaning staff were welcoming as well. Dog-friendly with a large area of grass to walk your dog. Great value for the money!

Bugs. A lot of them. The WiFi was too weak to stream anything. It was very cheap but even for the price, pretty rough

Place had several bugs in the room, flys, gnats, ants, moths. Walls were stained brown and mold on window seals

This place was GREAT! Had a lovely experience people were very nice!

This is a very inexpensive and decent place to stay overnight. It has some charming features and the rooms feel homey. We were very much looking forward to coffee this morning, but whoever was supposed to open up the lobby was not there. We went to the café down the street which was a nice down home place visited by locals. Grab and go breakfast means granola bars. If you’re looking for breakfast, this is not the place. If you have a Roku account, you can use the TV. Otherwise, it takes quite a long time to set up and figure out. Be sure to factory reset the TV when you leave so that you are fully logged out. While we experienced a few inconveniences, you can’t beat the price.

Great location, not far from Williams, not far from the Grand Canyon.

It was very quiet!

Run from this place. To start, the bathroom had a bunch(50 or so) of gnats/fly, some dead some still flying in there. Needed to keep door closed so they won’t come into the bedroom. Second, there was a dead cockroach by the toilet and a dead cockroach by the front door. Then while trying to leave this morning, a cockroach climb on to the bed and went into the sheets. Super unclean. Won’t stay here again.

My mom and I enjoyed our stayed.

Motel was recently remodeled inside and clean.

It was a small place but for the price you couldn't beat it. Its 20 min from Williams so its not far from doing something.

Hreat room for rhe price, very clean and great location

Probably the best in the area but a little unorganized. Rooms were ready late. The picture they have on their advertisement is the front office, not the rooms. Looks like a lot of things have been refurbished except the bathrooms, which was a bit of a drag. But again, probably best unless you want to drive.

Hatten 3 Zimmer gebucht- in einem war ein kleines Tier- wir haben sofort das Zimmer erstattet bekommen- war ihnen sehr peinlich und sicher auch nicht normal- deshalb 4 Sterne für die kulante Reaktion! Sonst war das Hotel absolut 👌 ok

I was making my way across the country back to California and stopped here along the way. I was very surprised how nice this was for the price and it beat every other hotel along the way by a landslide. Their parking areas are massive and very trailer friendly. The nicest lady I've ever met checked us in, and the room was perfect. Ice cold A/C, microwave and fridge in the room, good sized room with nice shower. Definitely recommend. This is definitely a budget gem.
