Good for short stays. Upgraded some amenities like bathroom cupboards but not kitchen ones. However it was just right for an overnight traveler

Place was very rundown. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was so easy and well organized. Highly Appreciate the helpful cleaners and friendly staff members....Thank you for being the best host and for taking care of our many children. Blessings to you all.

The check in time was too long we arrived at the hotel and the reception told us that we only allowed to check in at 1pm. We have to stay in the car for at long and I have a brother he was in critical condition of his sickness and it was worse staying in the car for that long.

Love the housekeeping staff, and the front desk was super helpful with daily errands.

Check in was a breeze friendly staff and clean lobby. Parking lot was also clean and security everywhere for extra safety. Room was clean and bigger than most hotels. Full kitchen with stove, mini fridge and microwave. Dining table and sitting area available in room and balcony. Breakfast buffet was so good. Fresh local fruits, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, papaya porridge and more. Enjoyed the friendly breakfast staff which was helpful and accommodating to my ice coffee craving. We will definitely return here in the future.

Friendly staff but very limited knowledge about tourists attractions or bus detail. Room was large and comfortable. Place was very run down. Pool was lovely and the breakfast was great.

Staff: were helpful during my stay. Clean room: little things they need to remember to have in the room everyday e.g - t/towels, shower curtain, bath mat, change coffee sachet packets to bushells, n other brands not the ones they have. Breakfast: almost same food everyday, needed to have a variety of local vegetables especially avocado, pineapples, etc..needed to have a TV in the breakfast area to catch up with what's happening like the Independence program and other important news. Orange drink were too sweet next to the water cooler, needed to have a big toaster so clients don't que n wait to have their bread toasted. Couldn't sleep couple of nights, as client above me too noisey and stomping on the floor, dragging stuff on the floor.

Good breakfast clean room.

Staff are good cleaner is good too But the only thing that they didn't do it is the screen wire of the other bedroom need to fix please replace the screen wire.Because its for the safety of kid's from mosquitoes and also small insects.The family room that we was staying in is 21 and 22 the screen wire of the 22 need to fix so please need to be done that for other people as well.On the first day for our check in one of their staff was breaking the door key,we arrived thier on the 17 in a morning on Wednesday 2025 they said someone is goona go and do it,we spend 6 days in their no one was doing it we used one side of the other family room.PLEASE MY ADVICE IS NEED TO CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE WE CHECK IN WE ARE HAPPY IF YOU GUYS TELL EVERYTHING IS NOT GOOD INSIDE THE ROOM AND ALSO PLEASE WE PAY MOTELS IS A LOT OF MONEY SO WHATEVER PEOPLE ASK TO DO IT BETTER DO IT FOR SAFETY OF PEOPLE AND KID'S AS WELL.OR REFUND SOME PART OF MY MONEY OK THANK YOU

Great room and staff. Room was clean.

The staff are truly amazing and friendly, and I greatly appreciate their warm hospitality. The only concern I have is with the beds in the room. Currently, there are two double-sized beds, which are suitable for two adults. However, for three adults, it would be more comfortable to have one double bed and one king-size bed. This arrangement would provide enough space for everyone to rest comfortably. Aside from that, everything else was excellent—including the delicious and healthy breakfast. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I am very satisfied. This is my fifth time staying at this hotel, and despite this minor issue, everything else was perfect. Thank you very much, and I plan to stay here again when I visit Samoa in the future.
