The management for this propery was TERRIBLE!!! They admitted that they overbooked the villa rooms. Check in was at 2pm, I arrived around 3pm and our room was not ready until 2 hours later. I paid for a 2 bedroom villa with a river view. We recieved one bedroom, they put a "king" (2 twin beds pushed together) in our kitchen, and the second room in our villa was rented out to another guest. The door was locked from the bedroom so we were not able to access the room, but the other guest had access to our villa with all of our belongings inside. We had no towels or blankets. I asked for blankets 3x and they never brought them. We were freezing both nights in our villa. The water pressure was terrible! You could barely wash the soap out of your hair. The sink and shower was disgusting and the light was hanging from open and exposed wires. The women who was the "owner" of the villas did not care at all. She acted like she did us a favor by giving us a room we booked, like the overbooking wasnt their mistake. I was never happier then leaving that place! Will never stay there ever again!!!

Very isolated

Absolutely disgusting. the receptionist wasn't even available when we arrived plus none of the resort lights worked at night. Lights in bathroom and porch were also flickering and needs changing.. overall a disappointment..

Staff are friendly and helpful.

The place looks beautiful online. It wasn't terrible but it was poor service. We had big holes in our blankets lol and paid $117 FJD for the place. The water pressure at the place we stayed at was not the greatest at all. If you're looking for an out of city this may be an alright place but not a great situation for wanting to spend the night and explore the town area in Nadi. It's far from the airport.
