Great location by Heathrow. Thermostat didn’t work in the room mind (no power). Receptionist gave us a fan instead but room got so hot by the morning! Really good parking underneath hotel. Friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised with the place in general

Great place to stay with close location to Heathrow, only reason I put 4 star instead of 5 was because they do not have any mini bar/fridge in the room. No iron either but you can ask for it downstairs.

The AC did not work, there was also a probleme with check in.

nice staffs there are bus stops just right Infront of hotel very convenience. you must try the Italian restaurant recommend by the hotel just right cross the hotel the food is so good. will definitely y come back stay again

This was a great property to stay at for a short layover. It was updated and clean with all the basic necessities for a good night. It was a BONUS that we found the Ostrich Inn about 1km away with a delicious dinner in a historic Inn.

We managed to negotiate a waiver of the GBP15 charge for early check in. This was important because we checked out at 18.30 (i.e. we didn't spend a night in the hotel).

5 star to the staff and the services provided

Good sized, modern well furnished rooms with a shower over bath - all immaculately clean throughout, conveniently placed for the airport with on site secure parking & some on street free parking available locally. Limited local services, a pub directly opposite but little else & pillows could do with an upgrade but absolutely fantastic value for the price, we will use this hotel & chain again without hesitation.

Good value , comfortable modern hotel near to Heathrow airport. We were flying from T4 which was the furthest from the hotel but easy to get to with a car. Parking was £15 per night. Several pubs and restaurants were within walking distance. Would stay again.
