Nice hotel in the centre of Bilbao. The short comings of self service hotels without reception were materialised, when we waited delayed luggage. Where and how to deliver them, when delivery staff did not speak English? The pull out bed of the room was strange and not for clumsy people.

I wanted to like this place. So many good aspects but they just were not quite on track, plus they missed some basics. No peephole in the door? Bad because although the front building door has a cypher lock, you can come straight in the back door with no security and access the stairs, or just use the elevator (located outside in the courtyard area?) Not clean. Had hair in my toilet and on the shower wall. Dirty towel hanging on a hook. Garbage and recycling needed to be emptied prior to my arrival. Washing machine required me to YouTube operational videos. Volume on TV remote inoperable, and btw no international or world business news channels despite satellite - come on, just give a traveler something to watch to stay connected. Worst was the lack of communication. No response to any of my contacts. Again, the place is new and modern, but it is obviously part of a bigger company and everything is handled remotely, which they bungled. AND no dryer but a washing machine - in a rainy and humid area? Drying rack worthless. Really lame that they hit you with unexpected terms and conditions only after you sign in the dotted line for a nonrefundable room, and that you need to download their app for full usage. Hotel was very keen on gaining up charges for items with little to no value - not even a worthwhile breakfast partnership with a solid option for a meal. And no coffee maker. Too hyped on making money, not enough value, despite having the potential to be great.

El check in es un lío, el estacionamiento es otro lío si vienes en coche. El triple studio tenía como 25 metros para 3 personas, si eres grande, no cabes en la ducha. Está bien para conocer una vez pero no repetiría.

Muy pequeño, el sofá incómodo para dormir y para sentarse a ver la tele peor, hace falta renovarlo. Demasiado pequeño el baño bueno La ubicación muy buena Me parece mucho dinero para lo que se ofrece

Ha sido una muy buena experiencia, ubicacion excelente, las instalaciones en muy buen estado, muy limpio, y la cama (sofa cama en mi caso) muy comoda. Espacio muy funcional.

Mycket lyhört. Rengöringsmedel med stickande lukt. Inget ställe att bo på för astmatiker.

Lovely studio apartment - more than enough room for a 2 night stay, and the layout and design is really modern yet feels welcoming. Lots of lovely little touches, amenities and storage. I arrived early and enquired about early check in, which they were very accommodating of. Bed was incredibly comfortable and our room overlooked the courtyard so was mostly quite quiet. Will definitely check out other locations!

Terrible la forma de hacer el check-in. El personal no te ayuda cuando lo necesitas, si no cuando ellos quieren. La habitación nosnla entregaron media hora tarde del tiemponde check-in ya que toda via no la terminaban de limpiar y eso hizo que llegara tarde a mi reunión por estar esperando a que me entregaran la habitación.

Très bel hôtel bien situé. Très propre. Service très bon. Mais très bruyant les soirs de fin de semaine avec les bars à Tapas. Si le bruit ne vous dérange pas car les fenêtres coupent très bien le bruit ( vous ne pouvez pas dormir les fenêtres ouvertes) c’est un très bel endroit que je recommande

Buena ubicación, limpio y todo accesible

Apartamento nuevo precioso, muy bien amueblado , silencioso , limpio agradable , esta en muy buena ubicación , zonas de ocio , compras , centro de Bilbao . cercano a transporte publico y andando a casi todo ... Lo malo es que trabajan con una plataforma informática de comunicación que tiene mucho que mejorar , nos cancelaron sin aviso la reserva del parking ya una vez estábamos dentro del parking y habiendo pasado 1 día así pues el precio nos cambio , el parking nos facturo por minutos . Para el late check out te confirman solo minutos antes de tener que abandonar el apartamento asi es poco funcional . Por lo demás genial .

The place looks amazing on pictures , looks new and stylish but not comfortable as every hotel should be , there was this hidden bed under a step , could be actually a kids room . Not an ideal design for a hotel room with the concept of a RESTING place

3 tjejer som var i Bilbao på en weekend. Centralt men knäpptyst boende, mitt i smeten. Trots barer och mycket folk på gatan utanför hörde vi inget. Smidigt med kod istället för nyckel. Kommer definitivt rekommendera.

Excellent location

It felt like i was in my own little apartment living in the heart of the city. Very nicely thought out with everything you need in the kitchen, even my own cleaning kit with a new kitchen towel and laundry detergent.

Ibon Garcia was the best and made my stay In Bilbao very memorable and comfortable! Louana, Valeria and Bea were very helpful and accomodating !!

I enjoyed the room details and well thought out details such as scissors! No one ever had scissors!
