Horroroso..!!!

Convenient for the stadium but bed far too small for 2 people

The apartments are part of a college student dorm building so expect a young crowd. Nothing to complain there. No parking on site or nearby, you have to park on street and pay a very complicated pay and display system which also does not enable you to park 24 hours. The apartments are small and basic but modern and well kept. The one I was given for my 4 night stay was horrible though. Ants in the kitchen in the morning on a 7th floor (I have pictures) I did not leave food or anything in the kitchen (not that it matter as even if I left food I should not find ants in the morning) I had hundreds of ants in the sink. AC ventilation could not be switch off unless you remove the card to provide power to all the unit and if you do so the light in the card switch was so strong you needed a mask in the room. I was also given an apartment were the bed frame was against a wall with the elevators on the other side. I left earlier than booked due to the poor conditions and the terrible experience. There is no coffee maker in the apartment or a toaster. It was a total disaster.

Un alojamiento muy moderno y limpio. Muy recomendable. Nos extraña que en los cinco dias no se haya pasado nadie a limpiar ni siquiera a cambiar las toallas ni una sola vez pero desconozco si esto es asi en los apartamentos porque es la primera vez que utilizamos esta modalidad. En la habitacion de al lado fumaban algo de un olor muy molesto y no fue posible localizar a nadie del hotel es la unica cosa negativa que no hay nadie responsable del hotel por la noche.

Little better than a hostel. A tiny double bed hard against the wall meaning one of the couple have to climb over the other person to go to the toilet at night.

L’appartement nickel, la cuisine - vaisselle très réduite, pas de tasses café ou thé, pas de machine à café ou bouilloire, dommage

Mon séjour dans cet établissement a été génial. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Le quartier est très calme ça permet de se détendre et pour les sportifs y trouveront leur bonheur dans cet établissement ainsi que dans le quartier (parc).

Hemos estado muy a gusto, sin duda repetiremos.

Séjour d’une semaine très bien passé, parking payant uniquement le matin en août 2€50, arrêt de bus devant l’hôtel direct musée et parking centre ville. Ménage fait chaque jours. Pensez à prendre un tire bouchon ;)

Das Zimmer, der Checkin und der Preis waren in Ordnung. Die Nacht war aber der absolute Horror! Im Hotel waren gefühlt 1000 Kinder welche alle zusammen die ganze Nacht schreiend durch die Gänge und Zimmer gerannt sind. Dazu wurden bis ca. 3 Uhr Nachts auch immer wieder Feueralarmsirenen laufen gelassen womit an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Auf eine Nachricht an die Reception (weil die nur für ein paar Stunden am Nachmittag besetzt ist) wurde nie geantwortet. Ich kann diese Hotel daher überhaupt nicht empfehlen für ein paar Nächte in Bilbao!

Room is nice and clean; onsite parking with a reasonable price is a plus. Convenient location! Highly recommend this place!

La habitación no tenía secador, y la cama estaría bien que fuese un poco más grande siendo para dos personas

La femme de ménage ne passe pas dans les chambre du coup, on avait plus de papier toilette les serviettes a changer et il aurait fallut laver le sol. Sinon c'étaut super juste ce détail. Le service et les personnes travaimlant là bas sont adorable !

Habitacion pequeña pero bien distribuida, con lo necesario para hacerte un desayuno o cena, el bus que va al centro en la misma calle a 100m, la recepción atienden de 15h a 23h
