직원들이 친절하고 숙소 컨디션이 좋습니다. 방음도 잘 되는 편이에요. 공용라운지가 넓고 편하고 조식도 만족스럽습니다.

샤워 후 바닥에 있는 유리조각에 발이 찔려 상처를 입었고 찾아보니 몇조각의 유리가 더 발견됬습니다. 방 교체를 요청했으나 모두 예약이 안되어 교체는 어려웠고 직접 청소기를 빌려 혹시 모를 유리조각을 치울 수 밖에 없었습니다. 이전 사용자가 유리를 깬 것 같은데 청소가 미흡했고 대처 역시 불만족스럽습니다.

Everything about this place is amazing. Location couldn’t be better with a bus stop right in front. The room was cozy with lots of personal touches, tea, sugar, milk, and coffee. Morning breakfast was fresh, healthy, and amazingly good. One of the highlights of London.

Struttura molto bella in ottima posizione con fermata dell’autobus proprio davanti. Camera piccola (studio Classic) ma per una o due persone è ok. Arredamento curatissimo e bello, tutti gli ambienti sono molto puliti. Ho apprezzato molto il silenzio negli spazi comuni anche durante la colazione. Unica nota da migliorare è proprio la colazione: è vero che ci sono buoni prodotti, ma sono sempre gli stessi tutti i giorni, servirebbe un po’ più di varietà.

I had an outstanding stay. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out, with staff going above and beyond to ensure comfort. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's location was ideal, close to major attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

It’s more of an older house than a hotel. We couldn’t get into the property right away because you have to buzz in our call a number. Nodody answered after 3 tries then someone leaving let us in. We had an upgraded room that was tight especially the bathroom. It had a “mini-sink and tiny shower in the bathroom. The water is very hot which I like, but could be dangerous for kids. There is a kitchenette which we didn’t use but it looked well stocked.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, wenn auch etwas hellhörig. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, denn auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Kühlschrank und der Herd im Zimmer waren ebenfalls super, so dass wir uns abends etwas zum Essen bereiten konnten. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

The kitchen was equipped for light cooking and the laudry room and breakfast included was so convenient as we were on a longer trip. Location was great also, easy to catch a bus going straight to Hyde Park, take a canal ride from Camden to Little Venice, walk to the Zoo. Location was safe and convenient for someone traveling with a child even if most customers were adults or couples.

Small room but perfect for 2 people who don’t mind sharing a bed. Excellent breakfast options in the morning and friendly, helpful staff. The area (Primrose Hill/Camden) is a quite a ride to the major attractions but very close to the London zoo. Plus, the food and local vibe is nice, clean, and easygoing

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und ich konnte bereits kurz vor 15 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen. Ich hatte ein Mezzanine Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile, die super ausgestattet war! Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Teekanne, Kochgeschirr, kleines Induktionsfeld, Spüle (inkl Schwamm, Spüli u Handtüch), Weingläser, Kühlschrank. Ich habe für ein langes WE nichts vermisst. Es waren bei Ankunft sogar ausreichend Kaffe-Kapseln (entkoffeiniert, stark), Teebeutel (Schwarz, Kräuter, Früchte) und eine kleine Hafermilch da. Es gab eine Glasflasche für gefiltertesTafelwasser, die man nach belieben gratis beim Personal auffüllen lassen konnte bzw, die bei der Zimmerreinigung aufgefüllt wurde. Das kleine aber feine Frühstück (8-10 Uhr) war liebevoll hergerichtet. Es gibt außerdem sehr guten Kaffee aus einem Jura Vollautomaten, auch sehr guten O-Saft. Der Bus 274 hält direkt vor der Tür.

Love everything about this place !

The breakfast was quite small and the exact same every day. Would have loved some more variation on that point. Maybe some eggs or cheese. The bed in the room we sleept in was very tiny compared to what we usually have. It was definitely not a double bed 😅 The location was amazing and we really loved our room and view and the staff was friendly. Would love to come again!!

Lovely property, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

Très cosy et très propre. L'équipe est au petit soins pour qu'on passe un bon moment. Seul petit bémol selon moi : l'espace pour le petit déjeuner est un peu petit et nous avions du mal à trouver où nous installer le matin.

Super friendly staff and very clean room. It’s so nice to have a little kitchenette for longer stays. Lots of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores within a short walking distance. My second stay here and my favorite in London!

The room was clean and on-site staff were helpful when there was an issue with the key card. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. My only major gripe about the room was lack of prioritisation of space to fit a more comfortable chair. The location was superb, albeit a 20 minute or so walk from the tube. It was great value and I'd consider staying there again.
