First, Elevator was broken upon arrival. With a broken leg the stairs were hard to navigate. Seconds, room was extremely warm. They had the heat on and it was lined 97 degrees outside!!! Third, could not find remote for the tv. They were going to bring one to us but then ended making us switch rooms because of the remote issue! Again, with a broken leg having to pack up everything and move again was difficult.

I love the location of the property. It’s in the cut away from everything but also conveniently put by the expressway. Check out as always extremely easy and you’re literally in the heart of everything around you.

I booked this last minute on our way home from vacation and it did not disappoint. The area was nice, hotel was clean, and staff were friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

When I looked for a hotel, I looked for one with a pool. When I booked the hotel it had a pool shown in the listing. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no pool. Not realizing this until the next day I went to the front desk; I wanted to know if there was anything they could do. However because I booked through Hotels there was nothing they could do. The receptionist was polite when talking to me, the only upside to this stay. I left with nothing done and a bad taste in my mouth.

We had some electrical issues which management resolved quickly. The staff were very professional and friendly. The property is beautiful and the rooms are immaculately kept

The hotel was very nice and the girl at check in wad great. The day we checked out ZI came down around 7 am and the man at the desk was sound asleep.

The hotel is a beautiful, new, contemporary stay in the Bartlett/Memphis area. My only issue was their choice of bedding. We had a reservation for a king-sized bed and were given two queen-sized instead. But the combination of a cheaper soft, Sealy mattress on top of a metal frame, for me, results in an extremely stiff back in the morning. Although I appreciate and welcome the new hotel to the area, I'll have to think twice before booking there again.
