After arriving hotel the reception staff asked for extra miney as deposit and finally they didn't return it.

Nightmare experience. First they could not find reservation. I booked a triple room but they gave a single room. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean and super smelly. Staff are arguing but not helping the situation. They double charged me even though I prepaid with Expedia.
