I booked the place for my parents, they were very happy from the services provided by their staff. They are very professional, friendly and do look after their customers. Food was delicious too as Breakfast and either lunch or dinner were included in the price. Definitely worth staying there and would love to go back there whenever visiting Haridwar

Room is dirty and bathroom is worse

Nice hotel a short walk from the station. Easy access to the main attractions, walking distance to the main bazaar; 15 minute walk from Har Ki Pur. The hotel itself is nice, clean, friendly staff, rooftop terrace. The only negative - cleaning staff being very very loud in the mornings starting from 6am shouting to each other and keeping the guests awake.
