No cleanliness is there …. Location is good but property is not maintained….u will find blood dots on the walls

Worst rooms and poor service

After checkin, Found room is not clean, I had to ask for water bottle, Door mat etc. Found cockroaches as well. Had a very bad experiance

The property members give fake details on the website including map locations and try to pose as a different well maintained property in a seperate location. Once you book it with prepayment there is no response once your realise the same. No refunds as well. Expedia agents are also having no proper problem solving steps and mention the property is not responding to them and there is no way for them to refund the amounts. Terrible service don't go for it. Just money looters here.

Unsafe location. They are impersonating hotel in pumpwell ( Heera international). In Expedia the location also shows pumpwell ( heart of the city) but the location is 15 kms away from city and between forest. very dirty rooms.
