Las habitaciones son un viaje en el tiempo. Es como visitar la casa de la abuela pero para estrenarla.

El hotel es muy lindo, deja mucho q desear la recepción. Sin legos responden tarde, el área de facturación igual pague 8,000 y de factura solo me hicieron la mitad, bastante raro eso. Pero el hotel muy bonito y cómodo vale la pena, el tour por la cervecería muy ameno de nombre Gonzalo, el spa vale la pena muy lindo, la comida de la taberna y del jardín muy rica. Yo pondría más atención en la recepción pero nada que impida disfrutar lo bonito del lugar sin duda regresaría.

Lo mejor es la decoración

Hotel Hercules is a gem of an experience! it is by far the greatest example I've experienced of repurposing something old with historical, architectural importance into something new and fresh while maintaining authenticity! There is plenty to enjoy, including three restaurants, artisan shops, the heated pool and spa amenities, the beer garden, and dancing and live performances on scheduled days. I look forward to my next visit!

La habitación impecable con una gran decoración . El personal súper amable. Un ambiente muy descansado y la variedad de cervezas buenaza.

Incredible stay at Hotel Hercules. The whole property is beautifully designed, the staff was great, just one of the most amazing hotel experiences ever—especially for beer lovers!

Nos encanta el hotel y cada que podemos lo visitamos.

We stayed in the master suite for our anniversary and unfortunately the room we were given was on the corner almost facing the adjacent building. In the photos there are rooms with beautiful views and balconies so I guess we were just unlucky with the room we were given. No view, no balcony. Next time I will request ahead of time and hopefully we’ll be able to have an enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately our room had multiple problems. The bedside lights were broken and the overhead light was too bright. We asked reception to fix it and they brought large bright bulbs to replace them. We had to put towels over them to dim them. There was a drain smell in the room to which the maintenance came and sprayed febreze or some other spray to ‘cover’ the smell and it left the room with a strong chemical odor. And lastly the aircon unit was broken. It didn’t properly cool down the room. This is the third time we’ve stayed and each time we choose balcony or ‘view’ and we’ve never had a balcony or a view. On a high note the spa area is very enjoyable and so is the restaurant onsite.
