Chambre propre, hotel en plein centre du Ceuta

No recomendaría este alojamiento a nadie. Nuestra estancia fue un despropósito desde el minuto uno: • Check-in caótico: Para empezar, no puedes hacer el registro en el mismo edificio; tienes que ir a otro hotel diferente. El proceso fue lentísimo y, tras conseguir por fin la llave, empezó la pesadilla. • Problemas con las llaves: Llegamos a nuestra habitación a las 2 de la madrugada, agotados, y la tarjeta no funcionaba, nos estaba dando las tarjeta del otro hotel. Tuve que volver al otro hotel a por una nueva dos veces. Al regresar, seguía sin funcionar. Tuvo que venir el recepcionista físicamente para traerme una tercera tarjeta. Un desprecio total por el tiempo y el descanso del cliente. • Habitaciones en mal estado: Por si fuera poco, la habitación de mis compañeros era inhabitable: olía muchísimo a humedad y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.Tuvieron que pedir un cambio de habitación esa misma noche porque era imposible quedarse allí. Buscad otra opción si queréis evitar una noche de estrés y paseos innecesarios.

The room was modern and well designed but way overpriced for the size fact there is no view b/c of frosted windows. It was like a beautiful jail cell. Also, check in was a nightmare. It’s in a totally different building and not easy to find.

Habitación limpia

Todo FATAL, para empezar pago un poco mas para que la habitación fuera exterior y con cama de matrimonio, me dan una interior con dos camas individuales, la puerta del baño corredera; rota, ni abrir ni cerrar, y para colmo sin agua caliente, la primera noche no nos podíamos duchar, llamo a recepción y me dicen que en 20 minutos llega, hasta el dia siguiente a las doce de la mañana no habia agua caliente, no me daban ninguna solución teniendo otras habitaciones con agua caliente disponible, el segundo dia pague el late check out 30 euros mas, para q la limpiadora entrara en la habitacion a las doce de la mañana sin ni siquiera llamar a la puerta estando en una habitación que nada mas q abres se ve toooda la habitacion, no hay derecho a nada de esto.

Chambre propre mais matelas fatigué. Bruyant côté rue. Pas de volets.

Very good hotel and located in busy area. My room was perfect, everything was nice.

Bien situé personnel trés gentil

Climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Pas de serviettes de toilettes. Après signalement à la réception une personne devait venir voir. Personne n'est venue.

We were initially registered in the Revelin but our room was a disaster. So the front desk was very apologetic and upgraded us to the Ulysses. It was such a surprise and a delight! Everyone was helpful and kind! We will definitely come back to the Ulysses!

Un vrai souci de localisation

Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus untergebracht, das Nebengebäude war allerdings nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bad war nicht so sauber. Ebenso hatten wir im 3. Stock eine Ameisenstrasse im Zimmer.

UN GRUPO DE UNOS 20 NIÑOS ALOJADOS Y TUVE QUE LLAMAR EN VARIAS OCASIONES A RECEPCION PARA QUE CALLARAN LOS GRITOS, RISAS Y CARRERAS Y NO HUCIERON NADA. EN EL ALOJAMIENTO: ESCRITORIO SIN SILLA, NI RASTRO DEL ARMARIO NI SECADOR DE PELO QUE INDICAN QIE HAY. Y AL RECLAMARLO, LA RESPUESTA FUE QUE SE ROMPIÓ Y LO QUITARON Y QUE NO ME PODOAN AYUDAR

Everything was perfect, the only issue that I had is that in my confirmation the didn't informed that inhad to pick the key in the hotel ulises

Aceptable porque la ducha saca agua para fuera,la cama se deslizaba del cabecero y no hay minibar
