En la regadera salía el agua caliente a ratos y fría, muy pocos cajones de estacionamiento. En general bueno pero si hay detalles que pueden mejorar.

My stay was okay. I was in the area on business, so the location was excellent. Everything I needed was nearby. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like that there was no lobby. So I didn’t feel very welcome. I was not told about the cleaning fee at check in. I put aside a tip everyday for cleaning service only be told at checkout that I must pay for the cleaning of the room. I was told that the services offered here are similar to an Airbnb. Oh ok I didn’t know that. I generally don’t stay at an Airbnb , only hotels. I will be sure and inquire more closely before I book the next hotel. I don’t like paying a cleaning fee. Especially since I had to deal with an offensive odor during my stay. Thank you.

Great stay overall. The suite is modern, comfortable, and very well equipped. Everything was clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, Check-in and check-out were simple and the location was convenient. The only minor issue was an occasional bathroom drain smell, which is the only reason I'm not giving a perfect score. Although it was easily managed by keeping the bathroom door closed. I would definitely stay here again.

Muy bien todo! me sentí como en casa.

La cocina tenía lo necesario, el espacio era amplio y agradable, vale muchísimo la pena por el costo. La cama era cómoda y no faltaba ningún servicio.

Nos cobraron un chapa que no servía y que el personal mismo quebró para poder acceder a la habitación xq nos quedamos encerradas.. tengo pruebas de todo.. El personal nefasto el trato que recibimos

Ni siquiera me atreví a llegar a la propiedad, por un error realicé esta reservación en fecha equivocada y al hablar al hotel para tratar de resolverlo fui tratada de forma súper grosera e inadecuada. La persona que me atendió incluso me dijo “es todo? Porque tengo mejores cosas que hacer”. Jamás jamás me hospedaría aquí y no me cansaré de platicar mi pésima experiencia con su personal.
