My stay at Nhow Lima was exceptional from start to finish. What immediately stood out about this hotel was the decor. The patterns, textures, and vibrant colors feel like a modern interpretation of Peru’s culture. The rooms are bold rich colors with a full tea/snack bar and fridge… a completely immersive experience. I checked in a tad before midnight after a long travel day, and just as I had requested in advance, a staff member was waiting to assist me with a wheelchair and help me to my room where there was a handwritten note and delicious macaroons to welcome me and all other requests honored as well. Evelyn (manager) and her staff were phenomenal… knowledgeable, personable, and hospitable. She helped me build an itinerary for my stay which was a major time saver! The 24 hour room service had salmon so good I had to call home about it. Not kidding. Outstanding. The restaurant dining area is beautiful, refreshing, and vibrant with great views. The same could be said about the pool area where the couples in the pool while music played from the pool bar overlooking the city was the lively but relaxing atmosphere you look for. The lobby bar is just as impressive. Nhow delivered a 10/10 experience. No doubt I’d stay here again and recommend to anyone who’s considering a trip to Lima.

Excellent staff and a very modern and unique hotel with everything you would want or need. Breakfast and pool area were awesome.

Les doy las cinco estrellas porque la piscina estuvo cerrada por mantenimiento durante nuestra estancia en fechas de carnavales. La habitación espectacular, con tantos detalles hermosos... Un hotel nuevo con buena ubicación en un área segura alrededor muchos restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias, casas de cambio, supermercados y boutique de ropa.

Everything was too notch. Prices on the pool bar quite high but again quality was great. Breakfast, decoration, staff and room were exceptional. My favourite hotel in Peru and one of my favourites ever.

No pude dormir, el hotel está increíble en términos de diseño y servicio pero todo eso no sirve cuando el colchón no está al nivel del hotel…. No pude dormir debido a eso, demasiado duro.

Fantastisk hotell! Vi bodde der i 6 netter. Rett ved Kennedy-parken, og 15 minutters gange til kjøpesenter (Larcomar). Koselige restauranter og cafeer i nærheten. To mini-marked rett ved hotellet. Rommet vårt hadde egen våt-avdeling med både dusj og badekar. Fin detalj å kunne koble seg opp til høytalere i rommet. Vi likte oss på Mollys! Hotellet hadde et supert bassengområde i 13.etasje med utsikt over byen. Bassenget er oppvarmet! Egen DJ som spilte, litt mye tekno til tider, men var helt ok. Gode drinker, Pisco Sour er et must! Vi bor gjerne her igjen!

En av de bedre hotellene jeg har bodd på, ingenting å klage på, og rommet hadde absolutt alt vi trengte, fra smarttv til bt-anlegg. Nydelig frokost og.

Room Service: best dish was the fruit plate. Awesome! Creamy soup was also good. the hotel app indicates breakfast is available 24 hours. However I was informed that was a mistake and hotel will correct information. Despite Lima having delicious fruits, hotel had problem accommodating my requests for a papaya juice. They made it happen, but it seemed like I was requesting a strange dish. They did not have fresh fruit juice, except for Orange, Passion Fruit and lemonade. I also ordered toasts with butter and jam. Same feeling like I was requesting something outrageous. They made it happen, but was inconsistent. Each night they brought different types of bread, even though they never offered the bread they had available. Specifically requested cup of very hot milk, 80% of times milk arrived luke warm.
