Super clean room and nice big bathroom. Friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Windows was small but that was the only minor issue

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the local attractions, such as Temple Bar, The Guinness Storehouse, Museums & Dublin Castle. The bar’s & restaurants are only a 5-10 min walk & all the shops are just across the river. The room was compact but was exceptionally clean & tidy. Bed & pillows were comfortable & I had a really good sleep. Bathroom was very clean with good quality toiletries & soft towels. I found the reception staff friendly & helpful. I would recommend this hotel & I would definitely stay here the next time I visit Dublin.

This was probably the value of our whole trip, this was a really nice hotel, the staff was very helpful. Only 2 things that would be nice is if free parking and our shower curtain did not go all the way around so you couldn't help but to spray water out

ちょっと到着が早かったけど、部屋は空いてるのにアーリーチェックイン料金だけはきちんと取れらた。 ・床には長い髪の毛がいくつも落ちてる。 ・エアコンが故障していて全く反応しなく寒すぎた。 ・トイレの水が、バスルームの床いっぱいに溢れてしまった。 ・部屋を交換されたけど、上記のことに詫びは一切無し。 ・クローゼットもなく、着替えを置く棚すら無い。 ・スーツケーススタンドすら無い。 世界中の大小さまざまなホテルを利用してきたけど、ここはひどい！　絶対リピートしない！

Can’t say enough good things about this stay. Excellent helpful desk staff that made not only the check-in but the checkout process an absolute breeze. The room was small, but super efficiently designed, and I missed absolutely nothing. I would absolutely stay with this hotel again, and will seek out their hotels for my future travels.

Das Personal war super freundlich egal ob an der Reception oder der Nachtwächter. Beim Frühsrücksbuffet gab es für jeden etwas, egal ob süss oder herzhaft. Die Qualität von Obst war immer frisch. Hervorzuheben ist ebenfalls die Sauberkeit der Zimmer

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio. Camera piccina ma essenziale ma con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve. Posizione top, si può visitare tutta Dublino a piedi. Da migliorare la pulizia ma complessivamente molto molto buono.
