From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by Isabella and Pauline who made us feel completely welcomed and part of the family. The wonderful energy they both had was so endearing and inspiring. They treated us like old friends, not just paying guests. My wife had written to them prior to the trip telling them it was a special trip to celebrate my 60th birthday and I had a freshly baked cake in our room. From the delicious healthy breakfasts to the beautifully designed rooms and lounge areas this was an absolute oasis in the middle of the city. It was so sad to leave as it felt we were leaving behind such good memories and friends. Again a big thank you to two wonderful ladies and the rest of the hotel staff for making our trip so special. We will definitely be back to visit the Uma Casa family.

I chose Uma Casa because I wanted to try a new neighbourhood. While this is not central it is unique because you feel you are staying with friends. Everything is not only beautifully designed but thoughtful. The breakfasts are legendary on the outdoor terrace. I would not hesitate to recommend Uma Casa.

An excellent stay for those looking to be closer to Chapultepec, Polanco. High design value (beautiful and modern) and extraordinary personalized service and hospitality. A terrific home away from home in the city. Highly recommend!

Incredible place. One for the design and architecture lover. A discret Oasis of peace in the heart of the city. The integrity and quality of the design is exceptional. The level of detail is superb. The owners are lovely. Breakfast was fabulous. A hybrid between a luxury hotel and staying at a very cool friend's house. I wish there were more places like this in the world. Will be back for a longer stay! Highly recommended.
