Hostel vibes, quite noisy. There’s no AC, so be careful when staying there during hot summer days. Shared bathroom were ok but not always very clean (there’s no shared hand towels that stays there, so people used toilet paper to dry their hands and left it on the floor (there’s trashcan was full). There’s also no luggage room so be prepared to pay up to 30€ for a public locker.

Un séjour horrible. Chambre qui se limite à un lit,une chaise et une table bancale. Absence de climatisation.Il faisait très chaud. Impossible de faire marcher le ventilateur parce qu'il n y avait pas de telecommande contrairement aux affirmations du réceptionniste que j' ai contacté à ce sujet. La fenêtre donne sur une rue qui est restée très bruyante jusqu' au main. Une nuit blanche dans un hôtel à éviter. Hotels.com devrait le supprimer de sa liste.

Horrível pior experiência possível

A localidade é muito boa, mesmo não estando tão próximo a Gran Via, o transporte publico funciona bem e quem estiver disposto a andar é uma distancia super tranquila de fazer, a noite as ruas bem movimentadas me senti segura. Acho que é uma boa opção com um bom custo beneficio.

El lugar estaba muy bien por el precio, la ubicación bastante buena, ya que es un lugar céntrico y tranquilo. La habitación está bien equipada y limpia. Los únicos inconvenientes fueron no por el personal, sino por los usuarios, ya que a veces no cerraban el elevador y se quedaba atascado en algún piso, y teníamos que subir 5 pisos a pie, y el otro era el baño, que la gente no siempre dejaba limpio.

Vloer in de hall uitgehaald. Bad kapot. Verschrikkelijk geuren binnen en buiten accomodatie. Geen receptie. Keukenapparatuur kapot.

The corridors were a mess. It looks like they were remodeling and then they stopped and everything but inside the room, looks broken somehow. I loved the system to enter the rooms and the staff was helpful.

The hotel itself was in a different location. As getting there the floor was broken and it had holes all over the place. The bathroom was very bad with the tub having a whole in the middle and broken all over the place and a door that did not lock for the restroom. There was an Ac machine that did not work either and the room itself had a very dirty bed. We ended up going to a different hotel for our stay in Madrid. It was a very bad place to stay.

En general el servicio es bueno, lo que no me pareció es que el chek in sea en línea. No ves en ningún momento a las encargadas ni a nadie en físico que te pueda ayudar. Sin Wifi no hay nada que hacer para contactar con alguien del hotel. Pero el hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo lo que se ocupa en Madrid.

Todo como estaba descrito. La localización es perfecta, el barrio es de lo mejor de Madrid. Muy recomendable por el precio!

This is not a hostel and there is no onsite reception staff. When we arrived to check in there were two other parties who were distraught and had been waiting for check in instructions. Emails said to contact them via WhatsApp but no WhatsApp number was given. Once we called one number and were given the correct WhatsApp number they were slow to respond. Once check in information was given the door to my floor was broken and I couldn’t access. Cleaning staff tried to help. The rooms are fine for the cost and the spaces were clean. When we requested more toilet paper in the shared bathroom it took them a full day and all 3 bathrooms on two floors were without toilet paper for that time. My friend messaged them about this multiple times and they began simply ignoring him. A neighbor was locked out of her room at 5am crying in the hall because her door code was not working and she had to get to the airport. Again, the biggest problem with this place is the lack of staff. They’re making a lot of money I’m sure by having no staff. Cleaning staff were great though and I’m sure they’re doing more than they are paid for.

Habitación básica pero cómoda, el baño limpio aunque faltaba papel, el resto del edificio, antiguo pero bien cuidado
