optimized for a "one-night stand" stay. You will know what I mean if you stay longer than two days. Absolutely not understandable to have the very same, limited set of breakfast menu: the same bread, the same fruit, and the same omulet, etc. On the first day, it was good, and on the second day, so-so, and afterwards, not bearable.....with the "same" food. Staff was so kind!!!!

Rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious beds for a good sleep quality and heated floors. The king of the hotel: desayuno. An unparalleled experience, level of service, taste and quality of ingredients that will leave you wanting to go back - asap.

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service. First time we had breakfast with the option to choose between a degustation or a simpler, faster menu. Hotel is essentially brand new.

Unfortunately, the wine service did not meet Michelin-star standards. We ordered a bottle of wine and were served the same wine split across two already-opened bottles, without this being explained to us beforehand, while being charged the full bottle price. At this level, guests should expect transparency and proper wine service. Serving opened bottles without disclosure significantly detracts from the experience, regardless of the quality of the wine itself. This was disappointing in what otherwise could have been a flawless evening. Not acceptable at this level.

This is a beautiful upscale boutique style hotel in a very central location. Great decor. Breakfast is a unique gastronomical experience, hence the name. Michelin star-type quality and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers going to Salamanca!

Beautiful building, newly renovated with only 13 rooms. Staff exceptionally professional and friendly. Breakfast takes the form of the option of 2 tasting menus with both sweet and savoury prepared freshly. A wonderful stay in a wonderful city.

The hotel is brand new, perfectly decorated, super comfortable, state of the art facilities, great service and in the heart of Salamanca. The experience of the breakfast was unique!
