Great location between the cathedral and the market in the old town with all the amazing cafes, shops and historical sites to offer…. and just a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim through the new town. Super little hotel with friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast offering a range of freshly made hot and cold dishes. Room was a big snug with limited hanging space but clean, cool and everything worked.

Hi! I’m Tamara. I just loved loved loved my stay @ the hotel, sad it was just for 1 night. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the quaint, calm & quiet charm of the decor, as well as the amazing front desk staff. I was solo, so my room was on the small side, but the layout was amazing, so it doesn’t feel cramped. It’ll actually be perfect for couples, the bed is large enough & the bathroom is very spacious. I was too lazy to wake up for breakfast, won’t make that mistake again :) The location in the Casco Viejo aka Old Town is the cherry on top, such easy access to all types of shops & restaurants. My top choice for my next stay on Bilbao.

Detta fina hotell har ett perfekt läge i Gamla stan. Det var fint inrett och personalen var mycket hjälpsam och vänlig. Stort tack till nattportieren, som gav oss så många bra tips. Frukosten var fantastiskt god. Detta hotell rekommenderas varmt!

Very nice boutique hotel on the outskirts of the old town. Very quiet and nice rooms, would defo stay here again.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the location was perfect for old town, and Roxanna was an absolute star for making us feel welcome and going over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely come back again.

The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout with great amenities.There is an option of having breakfast there and we definitely recommend giving it a try. For us the hotel's greatest assets are it's staff members. Each of them is friendly and professional and goes above and beyond what we have experienced in other hotels. We thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Bilbao.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un hotel muy bonito con un personal extremadamente amable y atento. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno casco antiguo y en la zona de ocio y vida nocturna de Bilbao. En los alrededores hay una gran variedad de restaurantes, bares y terrazas donde se puede comer y beber al aire libre. A pesar del ambiente animado de la zona, dentro del hotel se puede disfrutar de tranquilidad y descanso. Las habitaciones y las zonas comunes son elegantes, cómodas y están cuidadosamente decoradas, creando un ambiente perfecto para relajarse. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí y estamos tan encantados como en nuestra primera visita. Para nosotros está claro: cuando volvamos a Bilbao, no reservaremos ningún otro hotel. ¡Totalmente recomendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect place to stay In oldtown

The hotel is beautiful! Great location for the old town, pintoxs restaurants, the market and half hour walk from the Guggenheim. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel.. very friendly staff and perfectly positioned opposite the market and within the old town. Street entrance is strange, as black glass, so no idea what’s behind, but once inside, you are met with a beautifully decorated reception/ breakfast area. Room was modern, with good (and quiet) air conditioning and the usual facilities. Would definitely go back if visited Bilbao again

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is really comfortable and stylish. If you want a brighter room, however, ask for one at the front as the back rooms are only a few feet away from a tall building.
