Hotel itself was good physically and arrival access was easy. Requested extended luggage storage at the end of my stay twice (once before even arriving, and once the morning of departire) and received no code to do this so had to make other arrangements. If you have no reception, the least you could do is monitor your inbox and respond promptly.

Room was gorgeous Hope smelt so lovely all the time great location

Comfortable stay. Breakfast box was a great addition.
