객실은 깨끗하고 작은 주방이 있어서 정말 편했습니다. 직원은 친절하게 메신저로 레이트 체크인을 도와주셨고 손쉽게 호텔에 올 수 있었어요. 정말 만족스럽고 좋은 경험ㅇ이었어요.

Väldigt bekvämt, modernt rum som var rent och hade allt man behövde. Terrassen var liten, men fräsch med solstolar och liten pool där vi och våra barn njöt efter en varm dag i Alicante. Smidig in- och utcheckning. Gångavstånd till det vi ville se. Vi stannade bara en natt, då vi var på snabbvisit i Alicante, men absolut ett ställe där man kan stanna längre. Verkligen att rekommendera!

Had a wonder 3 night stay. The pool was a welcome escape from the heat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage and it was moved to our room when it became available. They also Messaged me to say when our room was ready. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we ever go to Alicante.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The facilities are great with everything we needed. Very quiet as it’s in a residential area but close enough to the centre. Very comfortable bed and we made good use of the rooftop pool and terrace. A little hidden gem!

O Espaço era perfeito, com tudo novo, cama confortável, frigobar, microondas, utensílios de cozinha, secador de cabelo. Tudo que precisamos para uma estadia tranquila e confortável, a localização boa para ir à praia e diversos locais como: Restaurantes, supermercados e afins. Foi relativamente fácil encontrar a propriedade mesmo sendo a 1ª vez em alicante. Recomendo!

The hotel was absolutely spotless, the room had all amenities that you needed to make it a brilliant stay.

L'appart hotel : la propreté est irréprochable, le lit confortable de même que la salle de bains bien pratique. La piscine sur le toit est agréable mais le nombre de transats limité ne permet que très rarement de pouvoir s'allonger. Pour la kitchenette, c'est limite car il y a bien un micro onde mais pas de plaque de cuisson (et pas de casserole), pas de petit saladier ni de passoire, deux cuillers, deux fourchettes, deux couteaux, deux verres (et deux verres à dents que nous avons utilisé). Une pochette avec produit vaisselle, éponge ...est fournie. Le ménage est fait une fois par semaine au jour souhaité (changement des draps, serviettes, ramassage des poubelles ...). On peut aussi changer les serviettes quand on le souhaite ou donner la poubelle. Le quartier : très calme mais un peu excentré. A deux minutes à pied il y a une boulangerie (aux horaires espagnols) et un supermarché (ouvert toute la journée y compris le dimanche), tous deux très pratiques. Il y a également un arrêt de bus très proche (attention l'aller et le retour ne sont pas au même endroit) ce qui permet de se rendre rapidement et pour un coût modique à la station de bus, à la gare ou à la rambla (vieille ville, bateau pour Tabarca). A proximité à pied (à 5 minutes), les arènes et à une dizaine de minutes le musée archéologique, la navette pour aller au chateau Santa Barbara ou le tram.

Établissement au top. Personnel très agréable et sympathique. Nous avons fait appel à la réception, pour un souci technique, le problème a été réglé en 2 minutes , l agent d entretien est intervenu 30 secondes après notre appel. Chambre très propre et piscine très agréable. Pas loin du centre-ville , notre séjour à été très agréable. Nous recommandons l établissement Smart Hôtel Alicante. Nous y retournerons sans problème.

Fantastic rooms Spotlessly clean You need a degree in engineering to work the air conditioning- and didn’t want to ask the receptionist- as she was abrupt and not very welcoming A real shame the hotel is excellent But not at all welcoming

Todo muy bien

Considering the fantastic price, this place exceeded our expectations. The room was small but perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. The out of hours key card system was great and it wasn’t too far from a bus stop

Gran lugar. Cerca de la fortaleza de Santa Bárbara. Gente agradable. Café y té gratis para los invitados a la recepción. Todo es muy compacto. Las tumbonas y una piscina en la azotea son una gran cosa.
