No pude ir por problemas medicos yno me cambiaron las fechas y perdi el dinero fatal

Nada fue bien. Desde q llegamos todo fue mal no teníamos acceso habitación no nos habían dado clave para entrar. No contestaban a los teléfonos. Luego la habitación horrible olía fatal el baño y mucho olor a tabaco. Tampoco tenía luz solo en el baño. Aún estamos esperando q nos cambien la habitación

Las informaciones de mi habitación no me han llegado antes de la entrada y el telefono facilitado no funcionaba. Ademas, la habitación no Vale el precio, huele mal

HORRIBLE tuvo que venir la Policía, 6 familias no podíamos acceder a las habitaciones.Totql dejadez de las funciones.

I wasn't given the correct code to enter, so if a cleaning lady hadn't been there, I wouldn't have been able to get in. My room was visibly dirty, and the main light didn't work, so the room was quite dim. I was glad I was only staying here one night.
