톨레도 구시가지에 위치했고 찾기도 쉬워서 좋았는데 아파트먼트가 3층에 위치했고 엘리베이터 없이 철제계단을 올라서 가야하는 부분이 불편했는데 프론트직원분이 최소 짐을 가지고 올라가고 호텔 지하에 짐을 맡겨두고 가라는 안내를 해주셔서 알고 이동할 수 있어서 다행이였습니다. 철제계단을 제외하고는 구시가지에 위치하고 안전하고 편안한 숙박이였습니다.

The apartment is great, all the facilities is good and the location is very convivence.

El apartamento es bello, cómodo, práctico, las camas deliciosas, con todo lo necesario para estar 4 adultos compartiendo cómodamente. La persona de recepción fue amable, paciente y cortés. Consideren que en Toledo todo es subida y empedrado, por lo que el tema del equipaje es complicado. Pero eso es parte de lo divertido de la experiencia.

The ground floor apartment has easy lighted access just behind hotel. Refreshments and coffee provided inside room. Very quiet unless someone using exterior stairs to access upper apartments. A little dated and a little rust and mildew in tub. Staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. Great location with parking nearby.

Apartments are located in the city walls. There was a remain of a Roman tunel in the middle of the kitchen floor in our apartment. Very cool... Apartments are just across the street from the hotel. Well managed, with everything a family will need during stay. Our receptionist Diana was very kind, explaining little history of the city. Gave us some advice about restaurants, places to visit.

Great place, we would stay again.

El lugar es mágico, el departamento es muy bonito, me encanto que nos recibieron con bocadillos, pan y jugos. La atención en la recepción fue excepcional, muy amable y con buenas recomendaciones. Para estacionarse la zona 10 naranja es muy buena opción en distancia y precio

Fantastic stay. We had a late check in but was met at the front office by a person. Very easy, beautiful, spacious accommodations. The family loved it!

Apartamento cómodo, con buena decoración y muy bien situado

Fue una buena experiencia. Lo único que no me gustó es que no estaba tan limpio. Había olor a humedad ya que son estructuras antiguas. El personal del hotel es muy amable.
