1층이 식당이며,식당 안으로 들어가서 2층에 숙박시설이 되어있는 구조임. 식당 손님이 많지않아 시끄럽지 않지만..구조가 조금 특이하며..시설이 낙후됨. 캐리어를 끌고 찾아가기에는 바닥이 울퉁불퉁하여 이동에 매우 어려움이 있음. 직원들은 매우 친철하고, 와이파이는 잘 되는 편임. 대성당 등 이동에는 매우 가까움.

객실 및 화장실 위생상태와 전체적인 분위기도 너무 좋았고, 호텔직원이 정말 친절했다. 위치는 대성당까지 15분내외로 도보 이동이 가능했으며, 스페인광장까지도 크게 무리없이 걸어다녔다. 방이 조금 좁은감이 있었지만 주로 잠만 자는 곳이라 생각해서인지 편하게 쉴 수 있었다. 직원이 너무 친절하고 좋았어서 다시 세비야에 방문한다면 꼭 다시 묶고싶다.

위치는 좋음. 하지만 1층이 레스토랑이라서 찾기 힘들었음. 겨울인데 솜이불을 주지 않아 잘 때 추웠음. 요청하면 주는지는 모르겠지만.. 상태는 양호함. 하지만 3성 호텔이라고 하기에는 뭔가 부족해보임. 욕실도 좁음.

Cool location!!

It felt like home; the air conditioning unit kept the room cool from the unbearable heat outside, the small but colorful lobby was cozy, and the staff gave us nice suggestions about places to go for lunch.

Perfectly located. Cozy and quiet but at 2 min walk from the cathedral area with all bodegas. Orange trees park just aside with cafe.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to explore the old part of the city and the famous sites, I.e. Alcázar and Cathedral. The staff are very friendly. The only drawback is that you can’t find help after 9pm. The emergency number provided at the front desk was not answered.

The hotel was perfectly placed in the center of Sevilla! It was a 3 minute walk to the real alcazar and the cathedral. It was a 5-10 minute walk from all of the delicious tapas bars. The room was very clean, we could set the air conditioning at the temperature we wanted. The bathroom and shower were very nice too! The host gave me a map of sevilla the first day which I used to mark the things I did throughout my trip. I had so much fun! It was a great stay! I was staying in a 1 person room for 4 days. I am not sure how big the other rooms are, but I do imagine it could feel a bit cramped if it was for 1 week or more. I have not seen the other rooms though.

We loved staying here! The front desk staff are all super lovely and helpful. We stored our luggage there on our last day after check out and they returned me a shirt I accidentally left in the room earlier that morning. They even ordered us a taxi and showed us how to get to the plaza spot for pick up. The location is also fantastic. Super close to most attractions, which came in clutch during the 38 degree days! It allowed us to conserve energy and beat a hasty retreat to our AC-ed room for siestas.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. Sound insulation is extremely poor. My room overlooked the inner courtyard where the reception area is located, so I could not keep the window open because conversations from the reception staff were very loud and carried directly into the room. Another issue was the door access system. Instead of traditional keys, the hotel uses a keypad code. Every button press produces a loud beep, which became very disruptive at night. Guests frequently returned late, forgot their codes, and repeatedly entered six-digit combinations, creating constant noise while I was trying to sleep. The bathroom also had a persistent sewage/canalization smell, which made the stay even less comfortable. Considering that the hotel was not inexpensive, the overall experience was very disappointing. The combination of noise issues, unpleasant bathroom odors, and lack of comfort made it poor value for money, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Hotel was nice and very well located, the staff was amazing and very helpful. Cleanness of room could be improved thought but overall great experience.

Amazing stay! Very central & very accommodating.

Very convenient location, literally right beside the Alcázar and the Cathedral. However, I woke up with sores or bites or something on my body and the side of my face touching the bed so I have my concerns about the cleanliness of the beds. Even go the touch the sheets felt like they had stuff underneath them. They also only give you an extremely small body wash/shampoo bottle so you basically have to bring your own, which I think is a bit of a gotcha. I’ve never been in a hotel where they don’t at least give you shampoo and conditioner. Staff were friendly and helpful, and coming and going was easy.
