Per il prezzo pagato direi OTTIM per servizio, pulizia stanza e gentilezza del personale. Anche il bagno esterno BUONISSIMO, con acqua caldissima che non è così scontato.Volendo essere puntigliosi: 1. la stanza 23 ha la parete (dove c'è il cuscino fra l'altro) che da sulle scale interne di ingresso... il rumore dei passi, delle voci e della porta di ingresso (vecchia) che sbattei poaaono farti saltare in aria nel sonno, soprattutto se gli altri ospiti tornano a notte fonda. 2. Se devi accendere o spegnere la luce della stanza devi alzarti dal letto, il che non è comodo. Ma ripeto, considerando tutto mi sono trovato benissimo.

Estuve alojada 3 noches en el hostal. La ubicación y la atención del personal fue excelente. Yo elegí una habitación sencilla con baño compartido. Estaba a muy buen precio, limpia y yo tenia bajo presupuesto. Pero no es una habitacion que recomendaria. Entraba la cama y un pequeño armario y unos estantes. Apenas podia moverme y mi valija mediana con suerte la pude hacer entrar. No tiene ventilación. Senti que estaba en la habitación debajo de la escalera de Harry Potter. El baño compartido estaba en el pasillo pasando el escritorio de la recepción, cosa que me incomodaba si pasaba en pijama o con la toalla luego del baño. Habia un radiador en la habitación que no usé a pesar del frio porque al no tener ventilación no hubo necesidad. El lugar bastante ruidoso y se escuchaba muy fuerte la cañeria de la habitación de al lado. Seguramente el error fue mío en no ver bien las especificaciones de esta habitación. Si vuelvo, elegiría otra con baño privado y ventana. Esta no se la recomiendo a nadie.

トイレやお風呂の排水の音がダイレクトにきます。また、受付で話している声が聞こえてくるので、落ち着いて眠れませんでした。少し高いお金を払って別のホテルに泊まった方が良いような気がします。

Clean room, good staff and availability. Rooms are code to one another so every door slam and conversation and water running is audible.

Staff was very nice and friendly, the place is really well located, building is old but you’ll have what you need for a fair piece.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY UNPLEASANT. I booked a single room with shared bathroom. There were 2 bathrooms, one with hot water and another one without. Everyone would choose the one with hot water for showering, so do I. But I realised they locked that bathroom. I thought someone was inside so I decided to delay showering the next morning but it was still locked. Then I knew they locked the room instead of it being occupied. At the end I did not shower, I was so greasy! SO NASTY I don't understand why did that happen it is just UNACCEPTABLE. This service is so basic.

Buen lugar para un par de noches en el centro de Madrid, muy pequeña la habitación y en verano debe ser muy caliente, no tiene mucha ventilación y cuando prenden la luz de pasillo escaleras se mete al cuarto, pero la ubicación es inmejorable.

I accidentally lost something and was very worried, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They made calls to different places for me and also comforted me when I was upset. I’m really grateful for their support — thank you so much!

La habitación muy comoda y limpia, pero el hostal está un poco viejo. El personal muy amable y atento.

Carolina at the front desk is such a sweet beautiful woman very kind very clean and an amazing location close to the bus stop to the airport I will definitely book again on my next stay !
