I really liked most everything about Latroupe Prado! The facilities were very clean, the staff very accommodating and helpful, and my room very comfortable. It would be nice to have paper towels next to en-suite sink to clean around sink area when finished. I will be returning to stay at Latroupe Prado within next 6 weeks!

Clean spacious great location

The location is very convenient to the train station, walkable and safe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was small but comfortable and efficient. The only awkwardness was a bunkbed design that meant I kept bumping my head on the bed above.

Cancelaron mi reservación 24 horas antes de llegar. Me enviaron un correo a media noche donde decía que tenia 4 horas para reportarme, vi el correo hasta las 10 am que me desperté y la reserva ya estaba cancelada. El personal fue amable pero no pudieron solucionar mi problema. Terminé yendo a otro hotel.

Worked for what we needed

Parking nearby was great, good breakfast and staff very helpful. We walked everywhere and it was easy.

La ubicacion es espectacular, el servicio de los chicos de recepcion es maravilloso, el desayuno esta genial PERO tienen que considerar que es un hostal, yo pedi la habitacion de 4 bed y todo fue de maravilla hasta que alguien abrio la ventana la noche 1 y entraron los mosquitos toda la noche y la segunda noche entro una chica y un chico y uno de ellos la paso vomitando en el baño de la habitacion toda la noche pude dormir solo 3 horas.
