Abbiamo soggiorno in 5 per 2 notti. L’appartamento era sporchissimo già appena entrate, quindi abbiamo avvisato subito la reception delle condizioni a dir poco pietose, e non solo… abbiamo dovuto chiedere la carta igienica in quanto hanno ben pensato di lasciare poco più di un rotolo di carta igienica nel bagno per 5 persone!! Ma nonostante ci avevano garantito le pulizie (che non sono mai state fatte) l’appartamento è rimasto sporco ed abbiamo dovuto comprare anche la carta in quanto mai rimpiazzata!! L’unico pregio della struttura è la posizione al centro della città

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, and ideally located in central Alicante. It’s within walking distance of all the main sights, with the marina and the beach just a 10-minute walk away. However, be prepared to purchase your own basic amenities upon arrival. Essentials such as toiletries are not provided, there isn’t even hand gel available, just a single bar of soap. Similarly, kitchen supplies are minimal, so you’ll need to buy items like washing-up liquid. Even the coffee supply is limited to just one pod. If you’re travelling with young children, take note that the top bunk bed does not have a safety rail, which could be a concern. The sofa bed may be a safer option in that case. The door system is tricky if you don't know. So contact hotel for instructions. Then it's easy. There is a supermarket within 5 mins walking distance.

Wir wollten unbedingt eine Unterkunft in der Altstadt von Alicante und eine eigene Terrasse oder Balkon, auf der man sich auch Sonnen kann. All das haben wir im Teatro bekommen. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in weniger als ein paar Minuten bei etlichen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Auch ein großer Supermarkt ist in Laufnähe. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet. Wenn man wollte, hätte man auch kochen und sich vor Ort verköstigen können.

Wonderful apartment in the center of Alicante. Close to everything and feels very homey. The management is very responsive and you can communicate with them via WhatsApp whenever you have questions. The area around the apartment has stores, restaurants and Valencia market is just across the road.
