전체 평가 및 리뷰 Numa Seville Alegre

미리 온라인체크인하는 방식인데 체크인시간까지 이메일이 오지않아서 소통에 한참 애를 먹었습니다. 이메일이 오지않았다는 사실을 여러번 알린후에 겨우 코드를 받을 수있었고 제시간에 도착해서도 들어가지 못하고 근처 식당에서 시간을 보내다 들어갔어요. 중간에 공동현관 비밀번호도 바꾸고 공유를 해주지않아서 이 숙소를 문밖에 불안하게 서있었던 기억이 큽니다. 시설도 좋고 깔끔한데 소통부분이 크게 아쉽습니다.

위치도 대성당과 가까워 편하고 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 하지만 체크인할 때 핀번호가 맞지 않아 숙소 담당자와 연락하고 해결하는데 30분 넘게 걸려 숙소에 들어가지 못하고 방 문 앞에서 기다렸습니다. 너무 피곤했던 오후였습니다. 저녁엔 좀 추운편입니다. 그래도 추천해주고 싶은 좋은 숙소였습니다. 체크인 핀번호만 제대로 준다면^^

Location is wonderful. Manager communication is very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

That the sofa bed was'nt ready/prepared when we checked in, even if we booked the apartement with 1 bed + 1 sofabed and that NUMA told us, to do it ourself. That is a no go and not customar friendly and no service at all. That we could'nt talk/speak to no competent humans to get the two small lamps in the bedroom fixed. That we used too much time and nerves for the comunication with the chatbot and that no human was competent neighter

Property in the centre of Seville, easy access to attractions, restaurants and shops. Property is kept clean, a bit noisy during night ( ear buds provided)

Zemin katta olmamız sebebiyle mi bilmiyorum, oda aşırı nem ve rutubetliydi. Biz sadece gece uyumak için kullanmamıza rağmen tüm gece ıslak gibi hissediyorduk. Mutfağı kullanmadık ama mutfakta ciddi bir karınca sorunu vardı. Banyo geniş ve temizdi.

Perfect location, perfect place. Checkin website & sync to door code a bit off causing a two-hour delay to checkin…however customer service representative was wonderful. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped & clean, & the huge bed was very comfortable. There was always hot water for showers. The complimentary goodies were a nice surprise (we enjoyed the beer). It was ideally situated in walking distance for all the sites & there were great bars & eateries close by. Thank you for providing us with a home from home for the week 👍

Biggest complaint is that the bathroom smelled. We had to leave the exhaust fan on 24/7. Otherwise the place was fine. Good towels, good bed.

GREAT location in the middle of the history district, lot of things to do at walking distance. No parking spot close by tho so if you have a car, you might want to consider an hotel where there is parking. Ideal for back packers.

This property was literally next to Seville Cathedral and Alcazar walkable distance to many tourist attractions. As we communicated that we are arriving late, they prepared the sofa bed ready to sleep.They stocked the fridge with water and some beer, which was very thoughtful. Overall we had a pleasant stay, highly recommended this place for someone that would like to stay closer to tourist attractions.

In the heart of the historic centre next to the cathedral. Beautiful apartment perfect for couples.
