For who likes old buildings with history but good amenities inside this is the place. Kind people and wonderful place

Maravilloso hotel. Hemos estado 4 en un estudio. Dos adultos en el dormitorio principal y dos adolescentes en un sofá cama en el salón. Espacio amplio para una familia, todo muy cuidado y acogedor. En todo el hotel se respira paz y tranquilidad. Nos ha encantado el desayuno. La terraza también es preciosa y la localización del hotel buenísima. Nos han tratado fenomenal. Es un sitio para volver

Beaucoup de charme dans cette maison chargée d’histoire

The staff was very kind and helpful our room was pretty and spacious. We appreciated the history of the building and liked climbing the watch tower in the building. However, the building stairs and hallways were musty and had water stains. Our room was directly adjacent to construction work on the building next door which made the room noisy during the day. The hotel has great potential but is not yet a refined space.

Beautiful stay - they have restored this property perfectly! Location was wonderful. Rooftop is gorgeous. Great to have a small kitchenette. We had an issue in our room one morning and it was very promptly addressed - staff were helpful and friendly.

This is a great hotel! Nice historical building in a good location with nice rooms. But the thing that makes it stick out is the staff and the attitude and service level they offer; truly great!

Property is outdated and needs renovations. They had shut down AC while we where there and the weather was hot outside. Also, they did not advise us of noisy construction next door and we had to change hotel. It's an old property poorly located

I want to say this was by far the most memorable property we stayed in, during our time in Spain. It is a beautiful building with everything you could possibly need, but what made it stand out in memory were the amazing staff, in particular Lourdes who went above and beyond to be welcoming to us and treated our young son with care, attention and love. She is a beautiful person inside and out. The breakfast was perfect, our room was very comfortable and quiet and felt like a refuge after exploring. Highly recommend!

A wonderful hotel in a restored historic building. Very close to the ocean and old town center. The rooftop terrace has an expansive view of the town/water and the breakfast is fantastic with many homemade items and locally grown fruits. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful property, beautiful room, very comfortable.The hotel was a home from the 17th century. So much history about the building & surrounding area. You can go to the rooftop & have a 360 degree view of Cadiz. we sat up there at night with a cocktail & in the morning with Cafe con Leche. We watched the cruise ships come & go. Made for some great pictures. Walked the walls around the city. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic place to stay. It s a nicely renovated historic building that is really atmospheric. Staff is outstanding and elegant (the first word that came to mind) The left hand half of the building still needs renovation but this does not impact the hotel. Frankly I liked this hotel better than the four stars in Jerez and Sevilla.

Hyggeligt autentisk hotel med få værelser. Der er ikke rigtig nogen faciliteter, men sødt personale. Der kan bestilles morgenmad på hotellet.

Not my kind of place; old without the charm.

A traditional old property which had character but it fell short of our expectations given the price we paid. Having stayed at similar properties in Cordoba and Seville this was our least favourite. Staff were good and helpful. We did not have the breakfast as it was not included in the price. The plumbing was dodgy (no loo paper allowed down the loo). We had a small room, the decor was a bit tired, but there was a large bed. Curtains were a bit grubby- not very awe inspiring but ok on balance.

Fantastic stay and the staff have been super - really friendly, helpful and engaging. The people who run this hotel are to be treasured.
