카이로 중심지에 위치합니다. 호텔 간판이 한 5층 위치에 달려있어서 처음에 찾기는 좀 어렵지만, 일단 도착하면 직원들이 정말 친절하게 맞이해줍니다. 방도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 주변이 완전 번화가입니다. 24시간 활기를 띄는 곳입니다. 걸어서 국립박물관과 카를 바자르 시장을 다녀왔습니다. 추천합니다.

I highly recommend this hotel this hotel center Cairo main load is quite safe I felt and room conditions so well so clean and the staff all kind and warm I remembered the name of “krymkhld”he is helped me a lot move to my luggage checking in and out and delivering breakfast and always ready by around the hotel for the help I again highly recommended

The property is located in the downtown area of Cairo. It is very accessible to all the major attractions, however the building in which the hotel is situated does not look appealing. If you are on a budget, and only need a bed and breakfast then this place could work. Disregard the outer surroundings, and just focus on your room then you will be ok. The room was cleaned everyday, and breakfast was served in the room. This place is in the heart of downtown where there are many restaurants, and the area tends to get crowded, noisy, and lively. Take a chance, and book it. Thank you to all the customer service attendants for their assistance....Donia, Ali, Mustaffa, Abdul, Zaid....If I left anyone out, just know that you are not forgotten....Thank you all for your service.

The electricity went out for 5 hours in the hotel on the first day I arrived.

If you want to live the Egyptian experience, this is the place. in the center of the down town. The hotel is located in the most visited places in Cairo. At the hotel entrance is the busiest coffee and restaurant places, packed with people until late night. Very nice cooperative staff you will encounter is this city. Breakfast is delivered to your room daily not before 8:30 am (no breakfast room available), you are treated royalty with real Egyptian modern food. Many thanks for the fabulous staff and receptionists, Special thanks to Miss Sama (not related to the hotel ownership). Our room had two balconies over looking the crowded space in front of the hotel. Pedestrian street called Al Alfie street is at the hotel foot print. Thank you guys for a wonderful 21 days.

No idea about breakfast but the AC working properly and room is clean and stuff always there for you

Great stay at Sama Hotel. The AC worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with delicious local cuisine, and the staff were extremely respectful and welcoming throughout our stay. Uber worked great .

1. Room was reasonably clean 2. Sama and the hotel manager were good and helpful. But the caretaker doesn’t understand English. No one explained that we needed to explicitly request for room cleaning. So, on first day when we returned from outdoor activities, we found our room wasn’t cleaned. But interestingly someone came and took away all the towels. We had to go to 6th floor ( that’s where the reception is) to get a couple of towels. An uncomfortable experience. 3. The elevator doesn’t work without fob that comes with the room key. So, you need to climb all the way up to 6th floor with all your bags when you arrive for the first time and climb down with all your items from 6th floor as you won’t have the fob in either time. Not a good experience. 4. Breakfast is served in the room. But it is unpredictable and different each day. It seems foods are brought from some local restaurants. Coffee comes cold as there is no lead on the cups. Also breakfast items are not good. One good thing though is that they box it for you if you need to step out early. 5. The picture I saw during booking vs what we got are different. Our window was on a dingy and dilapidated side. Will upload pic as a proof. Pretty bad experience.

Very cool

At check in we were given a 4 single beds rooms (as free upgrade). Then an hour later we were told that this room was just for 1 night. For the other 2 nights we would have needed to move to another room with 2 single bed. Funny thing is that we had book a room with 2 queen size bed. The room was acceptable but super small and definately not what we had booked.

The hotel is ok, if you want to stay some nights in Downtown Cairo with a lot of restaurants around. The staff of the hotel is very kind. Especially Sama, the young lady at the reception, deserves the highest praise. She is very professional, her English is very good, she was very helpful and gave a lot of interesting advices. It shoud be mentioned, that breakfast is only served in the hotel rooms and that the hotel is located in three floors of an old building. Only the hotel floors are clean and tidy.

The hotel is in the heart of old Cairo. The area is very vibrant but noisy and crowded. We really enjoyed staying there. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
