카이로 중심지에 위치합니다. 호텔 간판이 한 5층 위치에 달려있어서 처음에 찾기는 좀 어렵지만, 일단 도착하면 직원들이 정말 친절하게 맞이해줍니다. 방도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 주변이 완전 번화가입니다. 24시간 활기를 띄는 곳입니다. 걸어서 국립박물관과 카를 바자르 시장을 다녀왔습니다. 추천합니다.

I highly recommend this hotel this hotel center Cairo main load is quite safe I felt and room conditions so well so clean and the staff all kind and warm I remembered the name of “krymkhld”he is helped me a lot move to my luggage checking in and out and delivering breakfast and always ready by around the hotel for the help I again highly recommended

Room was spotless, service is impeccable always very helpful and location can’t be more downtown close to everything been here over and over and will definitely be back again A1 👌

The room was OK - I didn't have a GREAT STAY, just a GOOD one. The receptionist on the check-in day was very unaccomodating. We reached the hotel a couple of hours early, and even after the room was almost ready, he refused to allow us to check in without paying extra. That is bad customer relations.

It’s not a 5 star hotel and when I arrived I was a bit uncertain if I would like it. But the hotel grew on me. The staff is really nice and kind and arranged tours. It was right in front of many different restaurants and as soon as you walked out, you were in the midst of it all. The WiFi didn’t work my last night. You will need ear plugs on the weekends. Don’t book the hotel shuttle. They charge $25USD. You can easily get it for less the 6 through uber or Indrive.

The hotel was clean and very centrally located

Roof was clean. The staff, especially Mr Zayeed and Mr Yousef were very helpful in arranging taxi from and yo airports., arranging guides for tours. They were considrate about my vegetarian diet needs and helped me find locations for food.

Bra! Men det finns ingen restaurang. Man får äta i sitt rum. Det finns inte någon lounge på hotel där man kan sitta och koppla av. Alla måste vara i sitt eget rum.

Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Yousef at the reception was hospitable. Transfer from the airport to the hotel with Mamoud was great. He took me to the Nile River cruise with no problems…

Pro: 1. good location. 2. They provided breakfast and delivered it to your room. Con: 1. the hotel shower flooded the entire time we were there. 2. We booked a tour guide through the hotel and paid them money to include lunch with our tour, the tour guide took our lunch money and we still ended up paying for lunch at the restaurant. Tried to complain to the hotel about it but they said the tour guide denied any wrong doing and did not give back the money we paid for lunch. It wasn’t a large amount of money but we did not appreciate the dishonesty.

In the heart of Cairo. A good area for nightlife lovers. Newly renovated hotel. A bit noisy, it would have been great with better sound insulation.
