Great stay.

Mohammed and the staff were super attentive, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious everyday. As I traveled with my sister only, they made us feel safe and comfortable. Only issues was WIFI it was constantly in and out. Overall the staff and view made the perfect stay.

Das Hotel entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Auf Grund der Lage war es sehr laut und die Fenster halten den Lärm nicht wirklich ab, also Ear plugs mitnehmen. Außergewöhnlich war aber das Personal. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt, da uns bei allem geholfen wurde. Wir haben uns die Touren vom Personal buchen lassen um nicht selber auf die Suche gehen zu müssen. Unser Guide (Mohammed) war super. Er hat uns über die zwei Tage extrem viele Informationen gegeben und sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten am ersten Tag nur beiläufig erwähnt, dass wir morgen unseren Hochzeitstag haben. Er hat uns dann zum Mittagessen mit einer Torte überrascht. Somit trotz der kleinen Mängel ein schöner Urlaub

This little inn turned out to be great. I wish there was an elevator, but at least someone else carried our bags to the 3rd floor. The room was large, the a/c and shower worked fine, the rooftop ( a few stairs above 3rd floor) was excellent and on par with some of the other ‘pyramids hotels’ in Giza. Breakfast was ok, you could either sit in glassed in room with a/c or out in the open. Coffee was great. I loved that they had a dinner menu for our first jetlagged night and of course a view of the pyramids. Mohammed the manager was helpful to plan your stay and ask if you needed a private driver. All in all , cerycomdoetable. I loved it!.

The rooms aren’t 100% properly depicted. There is no elevator by law and the wifi doesn’t work properly. You do get a pyramids view but you also have a view of a landfill not seen online. It is also extremely loud all night with no mention of that in the reviews. There is mold in the bathroom and a very pungent odour that was so bad we had to leave. We tried communicating this health hazard to the hotel staff and hotels.com website but they refused to refund us the remaining 3 nights stay we had because their policy is non refundable despite it being a severe health hazard and having pictures to document and prove it. They just offered us a bigger room with the exact same issue and said there is no issue.

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing my stay was at this hotel. Everything was beyond perfect — the cleanliness is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the breakfast is just incredible. But what truly made this place special is the kindness and care of the staff… they made me feel like I was at home, surrounded by family. They showed so much love and attention to both my baby and my older daughter, which meant a lot to me as a mom. I also want to give a very special thank you to Mohammad. I had an unexpected situation when my tooth broke and fell out, and he went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. He personally took me to the hospital, stayed with me the entire time, and the next day he arranged my appointment and even drove me to the clinic himself. This level of care, respect, and genuine kindness is something you rarely see. I have never experienced such safety, respect, and humanity in a hotel before. If I could give 1000 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. Highly, highly recommended.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The cleanliness is impeccable, the food is amazing, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had. The staff made me feel completely at home — like family — and were incredibly kind and attentive, especially with my baby and my older daughter. A very special thank you to Mohammad, who went above and beyond when I had an emergency and broke my tooth. He personally took me to the hospital, stayed with me, arranged my appointment the next day, and even drove me to the clinic. His kindness and professionalism meant so much to me. I’ve never experienced this level of care, safety, and respect in any hotel before. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

Clean , view of the pyramids is super

Location is close to the pyramids area , all amenities is perfect , the room is air conditioned , clean , tidy , big , quite , the rooftop is amazing the view of the pyramids is magnificent , breakfast delicious , staff and the reception were very helpful and friendly recommend

Best location, super staff!

Lovely staff, room was spacious. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was okay. The location is good for those who want a traditional Cairo, there are not many eateries around there. But views to pyramids was excellent. It is on a very busy street, lots of traffic and noise, simply difficult to walk around outside. Hotel in itself was clean and cute. We were offered many excursions but please take your time booking them and do some research as some tourists shops nearby will be much more cheaper.

We like the place the people are so good. They are helpful. The breakfast we have in the morning the Giza pyramid only 16 minute walk the air conditioning room they clean nicely we like it.

Everything that they list is provided, the breakfast is good, the staff were very helpful, and I would stay here again.

The location is unbeatable: within walking distance to the Pyramids and only a 5-minute drive from the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). What we loved: The View: Our balcony had a perfect, direct view of the Pyramids—absolutely magical. The Room: Extremely clean, well-maintained, and very spacious with a large bathroom and shower. Dining: Great breakfast and an extensive menu for other meals. Staff: The team was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with a world-class view, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

This is a 3* hotel with a soul! We are a senior couple that traveled back to Cairo after visiting 20 years ago, mainly to see the GEM. Proximity to the GEM was important to us. It was a 15-20 min drive depending on traffic. The staff here was terrific: Mohamed, Sara, Noor, Nada, Josef, they all were friendly and reached out to help whenever we needed something. Mohamed was excellent in arranging transportation and optional tours. And the price was right! The view from the lounge at the top and the excellent buffet breakfasts enhanced our stay.

Very nice room, unfortunately lots of mosquitoes.
