친절하신 직원, 청결한 방

새로 생긴 호텔 위치가 매우 좋아요. 오사카 우메다 역 근방이며, 바로 앞 메가돈키, 헵파이브, 호텔 아랫층에는 스기드럭스토어가 위치하고 있습니다. 도보로 몇 분 거리에 맛집들이 즐비하고요. 호텔에서 무료로 제공되는 조식은 몇가지 음료, 차, 커피와 베이커리 7-8종류인데 간단하게 조식을 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 라떼와 커피를 테이크아웃 형식으로 가져올 수 있어서 아침에 꼭 커피 마셔야 하는 분들 너무 편해요 라떼가 특히 맛있었습니다! 직원분들께서는 한국인 직원분이 계셨고 다른 직원분들도 한국어가 어느정도 가능하셨어요. 정말 친절하셨고 다른 호텔들에서보다 더 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. 호텔 룸 내의 어메니티도 깔끔하고 잠옷과 샤워가운 구분되어 있었고 실내화도 폭신폭신해서 하루종일 걷고 들어와서 발이 편하고 좋았습니다. 룸 크기도 일본의 다른 호텔과 비교해서 정말 컸어요. 대형 캐리어 세개릉 펼쳐놓고 정리하는 데에도 불편함이 없었습니다. 룸 안에 카펫이 아닌 점도 좋았어요. 호흡기 예민하신 분들은 카펫 사용하시면 많이 답답하잖아요. 화장실과 샤워실 구분되어 있어서 일행들 아침에 외출 준비할 때에도 더 시간 효율적이었고요. 참 드라이기가 매우 빵빵합니다. 다른 숙소들에서 맨날 에에에엥~하는 드라이기로 머리가 잘 안 말랐었는데 여기 드라이기는 와아아아아아앙!!! 하면서 말려줍니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 다음에 오사카 가면 또 이 호텔로 가자고 다들 만장일치로 결정했어요 너무 좋응 숙박이었습니다 호텔 스텝분들도 감사해요❤️ 덕분에 오사카 여행이 더 더 좋은 추억이 된 것 같습니다

예전에 이용한 적이 있던 곳이었는데 없어졌다가 새로운 호텔로 오픈했기에 반가운 마음에 투숙하게 되었습니다. 너무 좋은 위치에 조용하고 고급스러운 분위기, 직원분들의 친절함과 더불어 방크기도 크고 마음에 들었습니다. 좋은 점이 너무 많아서 전체적으로 만족스러웠지만 복도 조명이 너무 어둡고, 방의 조명도 전체적으로 어둡고 침대옆에 조명 조절기가 없어서 불편했습니다. 그리고 조식포함이라했는데 몇가지 빵과 음료제공이 조식이라해서 좀 실망했습니다. 추가적으로 "DO NOT DISTURB" 표시를 걸어두면 문열때마다 바닥에 떨어져서 개선이 필요해보입니다.

The room looked like half done renovation. There are rough cement patches on the wall. A full length mirror is hang at the back of the door facing the main narrow entrance walkway. Toilet, shower area and basin are located separately within the room. U might see yourself in the mirror before u walked to the toilet or shower area. If any of your travel companion is of super light sleeper, he/ she will definitely be waken up by you going to the washroom in the middle of the night because basin is just next to the bed and chairs. The power points are all fixed near the tv console. You won’t find any others next to your bed. My personal electronics items could not be charged using their power points. Room cleaning is only available on every two/ three days after your first check in. Hotel staff expected you to empty your own dustbin if it is full before their allocated “room cleaning day”. Also, the hotel price paid at expedie is for one person despite we had booked a twin bedroom. We paid additional 28.000 Yen at the counter on top of sgd673 for 4 nights, else they won’t allow us to check in. Sgd965 could have been paid a full service hotel nearer to JR station. Location wise, it is quite a distance from jr station. For families with kids and/or elderly, my suggestion is find a hotel with full service and next to or above the train station. Breakfast is merely cold small bread (a variety of 8) repeated almost everyday. Nothing fantastic.

Honestly, the best hotel I stayed in during my stay in Japan! Staff were so kind and very helpful. Also, the location is quite close to the station and popular shopping/food centers. I loved the room! There was plenty of space and appreciated the amentities as well as what was included in the room. Thank you so much!

JR大阪駅や各線梅田駅からも歩いて苦にならない立地で、アクセスがとても便利。阪急百貨店までも徒歩5分ほどなので、地下のデリで美味しい惣菜を買って、広く落ち着いたお部屋でゆったり夕食を楽しめました。 ホテルのエントランスに入ると、ふんわりと漂う上品な香りに迎えられ、チェックイン前から期待感が高まりました。3階のフロントでは、到着が早かったため荷物を預けましたが、スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で感じが良かったです。 宿泊したのは6階のデラックストリプルルーム。広々とした空間で開放感があり、アメニティにも統一感があっておしゃれ。シャンプー類が個別包装なのも今では珍しく、ちょっと贅沢な気分になりました。打ちっぱなしの壁がスタイリッシュでありながら落ち着いた雰囲気を演出していて、旅の疲れを癒してくれます。バス・トイレが別なのも嬉しく、ゆっくり湯船に浸かることができました。 宿泊前に「外の道路の騒音が気になる」という口コミを見て少し不安でしたが、実際はそれほど気にならず、静かに過ごせました。立地の良さを考えると、十分に快適な環境だと思います。 3階にあるラウンジでは、果汁感たっぷりの3種類のドリンクが用意されており、ほかにもコーヒーや紅茶など、ドリンク類にもこだわりが感じられます。 朝食には京都の有名ベーカリーのパンが提供されており、とても美味しかったです。ただ、バター以外の付け合わせがなく、マフィンに挟めるようなサラダやおかずが少し欲しいところ。味は良いけれど、毎日だと少し単調に感じるかもしれません。 全体的にセンスがよく、居心地の良い空間で、梅田周辺で落ち着いた滞在をしたい人にぴったりのホテルだと思います。

Staff were super friendly/helpful and the facility was modern and clean. The compact room was quite small for two people so would recommend a bigger room. There was some noise but overall a great value!

Room was excellent but the road noise was a problem without ear plugs. Breakfast is very very basic and almost not worth it. But the staff couldn’t be more helpful and it was a calming and relaxing environment to be in.

Perfect location close to train and even some good spots to explore on foot too. We loved the complimentary pastries/breads - a nice bonus and saved trying to hunt down breakfast.

I messaged in advance to let them know I had a gluten allergy - i was informed that they would be able to cater for this. Unfortunately at breakfast i was given only a totally sodden bread roll that had just been defrosted. The server then tried to put it on the toaster tray that was brimming with gluten crumbs - he had no idea about cross contamination. Poor
