위치가최고였고 수영장 숙소컨디션 모두 좋았습니다!

기대보다 노후되어 있었으나.. 위치 등 나쁘지 않았어요.. 4명 인원이 사용하기 적당해서 그럭저럭 괜찮았어요

베트남에서 머물렀던 아파트형 호텔 중 최악의 숙소입니다. 출장 일정 미스로 이곳에 날짜별로 룸을 예약했습니다. 첫 번째 방은 어느 정도 쓸만 했습니다. 이 아파트는 2개 의 디자인으로 되어 있습니다. 하나는 흰색 계열에 문이고 나머지 하나는 브라운 계열에 문입니다. 흰색 문은 그나마 리모델링을 해서 괜찮았지만 브라운 계열의 문은 아주 오래된 디자인으로 안에 있는 모든 가구들이 낡고 지저분하고 냄새나고 말로 표현 하기 힘들 정도였습니다 이 아파트가 어떻게 이렇게 평점이 좋은지 전혀 이해할 수 없습니다. 이정도 금액이면 다른 더 좋은 깨끗한 호텔을 충분히 구할 수 있는데, 이해가 되지 않습니다 모든 룸메 방 청소 상태는 지저분했으며 사람들의 머리카락도 이불에 그대로 남아 있었습니다. 단 하나 좋은 장점이 있다면 위치입니다 하지만 다시는 이 아파트에서 숙박을 하지 않을 예정입니다. 평점을 믿을 수가 없습니다.

Worst experience ever. There is no onsite front desk after hours. The security person doesn’t speak English and wanted to withhold my passport on the day of my arrival saying (with Google Translate) that I didn’t pay, actually I did and I showed proof of payment. They don’t even have a digital system. Every guest’s info is documented paper and pencil with my name misspelled. And I stayed for five days the room was never cleaned even once. The photos are nothing near what it is in reality.

The staff are very friendly and helpful with check in. The laundry inside the unit is also very helpful as well. There are several lights that are not working so beware of those switches that does nothing. The water tank in the toilet take a little long to fill up so be mindful between flushes. Overall it was a great stay.

住了超過兩週，真的像在自己家一樣。廚房用起來方便，洗衣機和曬衣空間很實用。鄰居也很安靜，整體很安心。下次來還是會選這裡

The pictures like most places on Expedia from my experience are deceiving. The unit I stayed in was run down compared to the pictures shown on Expedia. I could only get one key card for the room which is a complete pain since you need it to operate the elevator.

They texted us at least 12 hours before checking in to ask us when we would be arriving but still, when we got there, they didn’t have the apartment we rented available for us. They put us in a larger apartment but forced us to change rooms 14 hours later and then tried to charge us for not washing the towels we used. They also tried to charge my brother for not washing the towels, even though there is zero information anywhere that states you must do so. Additionally, you need a special key fob to get up the lift but they only provide you with one, which is massively inconvenient for a family of 4.

SCAM – Avoid at All Costs! I made a reservation through Expedia weeks ahead of time with a confirmed check-in at 3 PM. However, at 4:20 PM, I received an email from the hotel saying my room had been "flooded," had a "broken leaking AC," and "mold on the walls." They claimed it would take a long time to fix, and the only solution they offered was to send me to another property. The alternative hotel they suggested had a 3-star rating (with terrible reviews, including "the worst hotel possible") and cost only $30 per night. Then, they wanted to move me again to another property, meaning I'd be bouncing around from hotel to hotel for my entire 5-day stay. I immediately refused and requested a refund, but they flat-out refused. It was clear they were trying to take my money and leave my family—my husband, daughter, and me—without a place to stay. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in, fully refunded me, and helped me find another hotel. By 6:21 PM, I was in a new hotel, safe and settled. This hotel is a SCAM! The way they handled everything was unprofessional and incredibly stressful. Huge thanks to Expedia for stepping up and saving the day!

Location is great. Amenities were ok. Just that the service for the host was terrible. Contacting the host is practically impossible and for some reason they like to make you swap apartments in the middle of the booking even after booking months in advance. I’ve had to take so many precautions when dealing with ANGIA and yet to no avail. I will never book with ANGIA ever again
