Marvellous breakfast and staff who were extra helpful, finding us a room more suitable for the elderly than the original booking. Room was very convenient and clean, Both of us sadly found the beds uncomfortable and the ac very cold! Large car park at the hotel but like so many hotels these days, the main dining room was unexpectedly closed to individual guests in the evenings due to a party booking, both the nights we were there. Fortunately we found a fantastic pub 5 minutes walk away serving outstanding local British food with generous helpings and fresh veg unadulterated by fancy sauces., Also, some interesting alternative choices from more exotic Cuisines. Possibly this is what the hotel usually offers too, but we can't comment.

Only a one night stay in the Cosy Double which exactly what it was, cosy. Ideal place if you need somewhere to stop before flying, but not a quiet restful hotel. Breakfast was okay, plenty of choice. Bedding was clean and facilities in the room were adequate.

Welcome staff, lovely spa and exceptional highly comfortable double beds, The local pub 2mins The Star Inn , nice summer beer Garden! Will be staying here again 2nd time this year with my partner!

I suggest that the spa , especially the swimming pool a deep clean around the board. The black colours all arond seemed grease from long time for a proper clean.

Yes, maybe the hotel would benefit from a lick of paint here and there, but my room was great. Great price, lovely breakfast, quiet, very polite and efficient staff. Big car park, loved it.

We had a two night stay here. In a standard room which was a ‘cosy double’ the room felt small but it was a comfortable sleep. The room was clean, great location also the staff were very helpful. I did not get a chance to use the spa facilities so I can’t comment on that area. If I was to return I would book a bigger room. Overall great stay.

Room was nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. A little cramped at breakfast with the amount of people but a lots of choice! Would stay again if I was in the area.

We stay here one night, it was a nice room good bathroom, a great swimming pool, with a very nice breakfast in the morning.

Excellent helpful staff, plenty of parking and very good facilities. Food /breakfast recommended. Air con in room great but made a noise every so often.

Overall room had all that I required, but a few things left a bad taste. The room had a sewerage smell which lingered, wasn’t overwhelming, and clearly became tolerant over a period of time but it was there every time you entered the room. Biggest problem for me, is the hotels refusal to provide a receipt for your stay unless you book direct. This is diabolical. The booking agent they use won’t provide a vat receipt, as they only take a commission, hotel should provide a vat receipt for the stay (this does not need to reflect the commission charged by a booking agent!!) won’t stay again as a result.

Fantastic stay here, we booked a twin room which was spacious, clean, had aircon, and a large television which was a nice touch. Breakfast had many options to choose from and it was all great quality, the restaurant was fantastic quality food at reasonable prices. The only negative I have is the bin wasn’t emptied and towels,coffee supplies, and toilet rolls weren’t changed/replaced on two of one of the days which is a very minor negative and I’m sure they would be happy to sort if asked. All staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. We will definitely be returning to stay again.

Everything was great except that hotels dot com booking charged £24 for breakfast for 1 person. At the hotel, breakfast is £12.95 paid on arrival. The manager refunded the difference. Don't include breakfast when booking online - wait until check-in

My stay at The Felbridge was excellent . My room was spotless ,a good temperature,very comfy bed,very clean up to date bathroom. The staff were friendly ,attentive and always very helpful and informative. Breakfast was superb in every way. The bar was really great with a lovely friendly young lady running it on the night my friend and i stayed. The spa was peaceful,relaxing with great facilities. All in all The felbridge Hotel exceeded my expectations .

Just there as a stop over whilst we attended a wedding locally but, not at the hotel itself. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. We did bring our swimming gear but, didn't make it to the pool. We had received a message beforehand about times etc., but maybe something in the room would have helped us to organise ourselves. Breakfast nice, bar food good and staff really friendly. Corridor noise in the morning, I guess with people heading to the amenities, was a little loud. Generally quite peaceful though. The hotel lies on a fast road, visuals on leaving the car park, particularly to the right, are not good. The road and exit itself would be fine if drivers weren't speeding of course. Overall, a very nice stay for our purposes. A bit hairy getting out of the car park.

the room was not cleaned properly with chip containers and dirty glass under our bed- the coffee machine was not cleaned and full of mold in the water holder,and when brought to staff attention it was not addressed properly said chip containers still under bed and they just rinsed out the coffee maker and did not swap it out for full cleaning--the staff was cold mostly and not very helpful- the breakfast was nice but the staff was looking over you and removing plates before you were done we were there for a wedding and on said wedding day- the facility decided to paint the hallway without proper signs- we had to alert the wedding party to be careful not to get the wedding dress stained

Location is ideal for Lingfield races and East Grinstead. Greeted by helpful front of house staff. Breakfast was nicely cooked and lots of variety. All staff were polite and friendly. Bar was a little limited in choice of drinks but staff were polite and respectful. Outside seating area was under construction but plenty of room to sit peacefully and enjoy a morning cuppa. Overall a great stay 👍👍

Room was lovely and air con much needed rest from 35 degree heat

One night stay. Very comfortable as it was mega hot outside. Only thing I would comment on was air con turned itself off in the middle of the night which was odd. But I turned it on again and all fine. But it woke me up

Nice quiet room. Tv didn’t work and was hilariously badly mounted in the wall. Do tvs work in any Britannia hotels?
