위치 좋고 시설 깨끗하고 에어컨 잘 작동되며 온수도 잘 나옵니다. 다만 냉장고가 없어서 아쉬웠어요

A hospedagem era maior que eu esperava, com muitos utensílios de cozinha, poderia tranquilamente alugar para longa temporada. A área de lazer muito boa, com cadeiras e piscina muito limpa.

Muy recomendable, pasamos 8 días de estancia y honestamente volveríamos a quedarnos hospedados ahí, todas las recepción muy buena, la vigilancia por parte de la noche también súper atento y amable, tuvimos varios detalles de limpieza o problemas con asuntos internos de el cuarto, pero trataron de solucionar lo más rápido posible. La alberca limpia, aire acondicionado funcional y nuevo, limpieza cada dos días aproximadamente y muy cómoda la estancia. Sin duda, volvemos!

El único tema es que cierran y te dan llave para entrar. Así como que la cama está medio mala y la alberca muy poco tiempo. Y también cada 3 días limpian

Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas. La habitación estaba limpia y ordena tal cual en las fotos. Cerca de bancos y comercios.

Practicamente solo fue para dormir y se duerme muy bien.

We truly enjoyed our stay mainly because of the kindness and friendliness of the staff, who were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent — close to everything, making it very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, the room size was practical, and the Wi-Fi functioned properly. Access to Netflix and other streaming platforms was also appreciated. However, a few areas could be improved. The cutlery and utensils felt greasy. The refrigerator did not stay cold enough even when set to the highest level, which prevented us from properly storing food and led us to eat out instead. The shower drain was clogged, and there was occasionally a sewage-like odor. Although the sheets and towels smelled clean, they were stained. We had to request an extra blanket as it was cold at night. The pillows were not very comfortable, and soundproofing could be improved — we could hear surrounding music and neighbors even at normal speaking volume. Overall, we would return for the location and the quality of service. With a few improvements, the experience could easily be excellent.

Location is great but overall experience was subpar. Lots of noise and water was difficult to control (hot vs cold). Also they said they’d store my luggage and then later asked for a fee.

VACATIONERS ALERT When you see the pictures of this hotel it looks really nice. SO VERY WRONG We booked a junior suite, they put us on the 3rd floor #2306 We had to stay in this room for 3 nights listening to the banging noise of the water tank every 5 minutes no sleep. Water flies was coming out the drain when we turn on the water, plus the water dains very slowly. You can not regulate the shower it gose from hot to freezing cold on its own. When you look out the window you feel like you're in the ghetto. Expedia tried to reach out to them several times when they finally got through, they told expedia that they upgraded our room at no extra cost. They did not upgrade they gave us another junior room with a coach suite # 2203. Now that room #2203 when you look out the window again you feel like you're in the ghetto. Bathroom light fixture did not work even though they brought someone in to fix it, it still was not working. Foul smell came from the sink that we had to keep closing the door and left all the windows open. So that smell would go away. We even borrowed one of their air fresheners at times to make the room smell nice. I could keep going on about this hotel Casa Maca,how bad it was. The only good thing I can say is that Jose and Alondra helped us wherever they can. I'm grateful for their help. So please when you see Casa Maca hotel, keep scrolling. P.S look at my pictures.
