It was the worst. I made a reservation for check-out on September 16th, and the hotel staff confirmed my check-out on the 16th when I checked in. But on September 15th the hotel staff told me to leave the room. He told me my check-out date is 15th. It was so absurd. I showed my reservation at hotels.com and showed my receipt, but told me to call the hotels.com about the problem. This problem was a problem with hotels.com and Beijing hotel, but it did not work at all. Eventually I called the manager and for over an hour I could not get into my room. This is the first time such an absurd case. I thought the hotel staff seemed to mistake the check-out date when I checked in. And he handed over the staff's fault to me. This makes sense? The location is only good, the building is old and it is not possible to use the master card and visa card in the hotel (only union pay is available). The interior of the room was too old and smelled too much. It may have been historically meaningful, but it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And it would be good for this hotel to dismiss the hotel staff as soon as possible.

편안한 출장이 되었습니다

오래된 호텔이라서 그리 기대하고 가지는 않았습니다. 다만 자유여행으로 간 것이라 급하게 예약했습니다. 위치는 좋습니다. 지하철 1호선 왕부징역 C출구에 나오면 바로 오른편에 호텔이 있습니다. 바로 있습니다. 왕부징에 있어서 걸어서 10분이면 티엔안 먼 광장에 갈 수 있습니다. 걷기 귀찮으면 왕부징역에서 1정거장 타고 티엔안 먼 동역에 내리면 정말 바로 옆입니다. 왕부징이라는 번화가 옆이라서 편의시설은 좋습니다. 저녁에 산책 나갈 수 있습니다. 2분 거리니 호텔은 역사가 있다고 합니다.100년 정도 그런데 별 5개짜리 호텔 치고는 건물이 낡았습니다. 변기가 고장났는데 수리를 부탁했는데 그 다음날고 같은 고장이 발생합니다. 그리고 세면대 물이 빠지지 않아서 수리를 부탁했는데 결국 3박을 하고 나오는 동안 수리가되지 않더라구요. 그러려니 하고 그냥 있다 왔습니다. 제 체질이 그런 것에 별로 연연하지 않고 호텔은 잠 잘때밖에 머물지 않아서... 금고도 고장나서 고쳐달라고 했는데 결국 고쳐주지않아서 그냥 뒀습니다. 3개의 문제라고 틀림없이 말했는데 다 시정이 되지 않았습니다. 호텔 정문에서 호객행위를 하는 사람들이 있는데 저같은 경우 좀 불편하더라구요. 원래 북경이 그런 것이라면 할 수 없고... 추천하지는 않지만 잠만 잔다면 그런데로 묵을 만은 합니다.

We booked rooms at the Beijing Hotel because we remembered it from 40+ years ago, when it was Beijing's premier hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is now a shadow of its former self. The occupancy rate at the hotel seemed very low. We were told that heat would only be provided after 11/15. Our rooms were in need of renovation. The food in hotel restaurants was poor, and the restaurants wouldn't allow us to charge meals to our room or pay by foreign credit card. On the plus side, the location remains great.

Çok eskimiş otel. İletışim içim Business odası var ama hiç kullanışlı değil. Personeli çok soğuk. Verılen paranın karşılığı alınmayan bir otel. Konumu için değeri var.

歴史的写真をもっと大切にして欲しい。

距离王府井大街，天安门广场都在步行圈，非常方便。无论是前台还是餐厅，做清扫房间的所有staff都非常彬彬有礼而且非常热情热心。 再有，在前台的Travel desk 也非常方便，staff非常热情。

地處長安街，王府井大街，有氣派，地鐵交通近便。房窗向西，直望人民大會堂，景觀一流，全面都很好，包括工作人員，住宿環境及設備。只提兩點個人認為可改進處，1.花灑宜改可使花灑頭上下移位的帶軟喉花灑。2.枕頭太高太軟，可多預備兩個較薄而硬的枕頭

政府会議の開催により、急に他のホテルに変更させられました。会議の開催は事前に予定されることと推測されますので、ホテルの管理全体に問題があると感じます。

北京飯店是天安門附近的老牌飯店，但是已經有點殘舊，而且客戶樓層會有辨公室，這些也會令人覺得有點奇怪和不舒服， 厠所亦不太乾淨和有異味。總體來說，可以找到兩個好處。第一就是跑步很方便但需要帶身份證，因為會有安檢。第二就是健身室也是不錯的 。另外，前台服務的態度及專業水平有待改善，例如禮貌和積極跟進客戶的要求等等。

Very good location

I usually stay at China World but wanted to try something different. Bad choice. Service wasn't great. Check in was straightforward but they don't bother to help you to get a taxi. Condition of the hotel room was old and worn. I'll much rather book the hotel next door Nuo in future.

Hot No AC, need more staff

チェックインの列が4列で合計12名ほど待っていました。列によってチェックインの速さがちがう。待つ列を1列にして、終わったカウンターに振り分けると良い。 最上階が「観展なんとか」と表示してありましたので、行ってみましたか。エレベーターホールでしかいられませんでした。結局窓越しに南側しか見られませんでした。期待して2泊もしたのにがっかりです。これなら気の利いた３星のホテルでも十分ですね。結局コストパフォーマンスは低いということです。
