This property was horrible, elevator barely working, hallways look like a horror movie, they stink, rooms floor was dirty.

Was not aware by the photos that this is in a terrible area and that it is currently being remodeled. Knew as soon as we walked in with the full bag of chips just scattered across the couch in the lobby and the scratched up doors and walls everywhere this was not a decent hotel.

It was horrible. Tomorrow will be a week and I still have not received my $100 incidental fee back. The hotel is going through major construction. Mattresses were all in the hall on the first floor. Front door was wide open at 10 pm at night. I will stay here in the future.

Even though this was supposed to be a Comfort Inn, the sign on the building had another name. Went in to check in and they were not able to pull up the reservation. Asked front desk if it was a Comfort Inn and was told "no" drove around at least 1 hr looking for hotel because the website had no official address and no phone number to call front desk. After talking to Expedia, found out that was the Comfort Inn. Asked for refund and they refused. NEVER will go here again

the property is under renovation it should not be open. There were no amenities, i.e., ice. The room was clean.

We drove past the building multiple times because the sign said a different name. I called and they said the comfort inn was on the third floor. They were under construction and haven’t changed the sign yet. When we walked into the lobby it was dirty, smelly, and there was no air conditioning. While standing in line a very loud argument broke out between two other guests and the staff just let it go on. We decided to forfeit the money and walked out without checking in.

Property was under construction and they didn't even have the room I booked, they proceeded to tell me I could upgrade for an extra $20. He gave us a kry to see the room and when we rounded the corner there were a ton of beds in the hallway and the place was filthy. We told them to refund our money and booked a new room in Tinley Park.

They cancel my reservation same day just getting there a terrible experience because i was traveling with my kid and need a place to rest and still waiting for my refund I need help for reund

Someone needs to take a bulldozer and tear this thing down hotels also in a poor neighborhood lots of crime They tv in every room do not work No hangers for your clothes. The beds are still wrapped up in plastic on and on and on.

They’re in the middle of renovation and it’s not cleanest. We would’ve got another hotel if it wasn’t for overnight

We didn’t make it past the lobby. The property was dirty and uninviting. The receptionist looks at me, grabbed his phone and placed a “be back in 15 min” sign. We left and didn’t stay. It is turning in to comfort inn and suites but is currently something else.

The rooms are clean and fine but the ideal is that it said Comfort, Ian but it’s not Comfort, Ian is under another name Halstead in and suites the comfort Inn is on floor three they guess remodeling it they do not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room they say they do but they don’tthe hotel is downstairs is dirty but the third floor which have been

The housekeeper could not speak English. Also the front desk did not want to give you anything, meaning Toilet paper, or towels.

This property is a catfish! These pictures does NOT match the property at all!!! It was feces on the wall , no a c working, tv didnt work , smelled horrible in the hallways, it was a dead roach on the tv. The hotel name is now called the “halsted inn” on the building not comfort in. They tried to change us to around room which was in the same condition. It was people just lingering in the hallways looking suspicious and they wouldn’t give us the key card to the second room saying since we were checking right out in the morning we didnt need to card. Me and my partner ended up not sleeping there and left right after he front desk guy said us that and drove to a motel near by spending morw money because we could not sleep in that place at all! Biggest scam i ever went through booking a hotel. I repeat DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

I booked a room at comfort inn and arrived to play with different name that was undergoing a renovation

Saying this is Quality Inn is very misleading. Then when I got there after already paying I had to put in a security deposit or “they’d keep my DRIVERS LICENSE as a deposit an put me in the 1st or second for” because the third door is quality And the lower floors are halsted or whatever. I went to the actual quality inn thinking that’s where I was staying. Then they had days inn door hooks in the room and another hotel name for the key holders. There was no black out curtains, the chair that was supposed to be in the room wasn’t there, no ice even though there’s a huge ice sign as soon as you walk in. No cups or actual comforters on the bed. Ridiculous and I want to demand my money back. If I don’t get my deposit back I’m reporting as scam surely. False advertising to the T!

I was looking for a quick getaway for me and my husband birthday. I was under the impression we would be staying at the Wind Creek Casino Hotel . As I arrived at the Casino the attendant directed me to the Comfort in Hotel down the street which use to be the Days inn. It looks as if they just bought the building. The Building was under construction . It was dirty looking as we walked in the front lobby getting on the elevator. The room it self was clean it looked new modeled but there was no garbage can in the room no extra blankets it was one towel . We had no Ice machine in the whole building . The nights the smoke detector kept going off in the building and no one communicated with us on what was going on. We did end up staying due our drive been a ways away . But I do not recommend no one to stay there unless the property presentation gets better.

The room was absolutely horrible.

Towels, hard and some dingy, no iron or iron board, refrig not work8ng, but room looks new
