This place is really nice with a beautiful artistic welcoming view. Apart from that we did enjoy our stay.

My at the Boutique Hotel Chateau Nana Willine in Accra, Ghana, was truly memorable, thanks in large part to the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel genuinely welcome. Every staff member I encountered was extremely attentive, anticipating and responding to my needs. Their friendliness and professionalism created an atmosphere that made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast, which was included in the cost. Each morning, I looked forward to a delicious and thoughtfully prepared meal. The quality of the food was good, with aabout five options that set a positive tone for the day. The hotel’s physical setting also contributed to its charm. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful space to unwind. Whether lounging by the water or in the common area, it was clear that great care had gone into creating an inviting environment. The rooms themselves were equally nice—air conditioned, clean, and very comfortable. Additionally, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security, which added an important sense of safety and relaxation throughout my stay. One of the only areas for improvement that I observed relates to in-room privacy. The room doors need bars so guests can secure them from inside, especially when they are sleeping and showering. Overall, I highly recommend CNW and would stay there again.

Customer service was top-notch, especially Aggie, Angelina, and the waiter will all go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The place is very serene and welcoming, a true home from home. The security guys were very friendly and ensured your maximum safety. I will always come back anytime I visit Ghana

This is my new favourite hotel. It's got some of the best art I have ever seen and the staff are great and the ambience is fantastic!

The management of this hotel was extremely poor the 2 managers were very incompetent and only seem to care about income The staff were very young and seemed inexperienced - but they were nice and helpful The hotel ruined my special milestone birthday plans by cancelling my tour /activities the night before my birthday via email and offered no alternative or compensations – I asked them to re-arrange a complementary tour or activity to for my special day and all I was offered was a free glass of juice. When ordering food from the restaurant they kept charging my card twice and was extremely slow at refunding my money even though they could see the error. I Paid for a taxi to collect me from the airport and to take me back at the end of my holiday – on checking out the receptionist informed me that they had no recorded of me paying – I had to show here my receipts that I had made the payment before I had left London – they also accused me of having and outstanding food bill – for food that was ordered when was not event present at the hotel If you have to stay at this hotel – don’t order any food /drinks or use your bank cards – there are plenty of restaurants or take away near by

Clean room, friendly staff, enough breakfast and clean pool

The room was clean throughout.Loved that The night staff was very friendly I didn’t like the day staff It should be listed if the hotel accepts only card and not cash The breakfast was very limited.small portions The food was yummy though.

Fantastic property, grand mansion with loads of well manicured flowers, trees, plants. Very magnificent pool, alfresco dinning front terrace, tje front room was rustic with a good mix of african art, furniture & artifacts. You feel at home immediately you set your feet in. Very Professional, welcoming and helpful staff especially the lady of the manor Amanda, Solomon, the chef, the security guards. The breakfast options were perfect, food was yummy. The rooms were clean and generously appointed. You also get a complementary spa treatment. My new go to place when i visit Accra.

Excellent and cozy. Well designed with aesthetic beauty. Friendly staff. The only drawback is no refrigerator in my room. Love it.

This place is a beautiful oasis of calm in a quiet district of Accra. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. If the room had a fridge it would have been the perfect stay!
