Complete lack of communication and no response to multiple messages; no space in the room for luggage.

Private bathroom. There are total around 18 rooms, and the shared kitchen is large prividing 5 stoves and 5 microwave oven. Free coffee machine. I like very much as price is reasonable with good quality, wondering why people gave low mark to this guesthouse

Overall I thought the place was nice and clean. The beds weren’t the greatest but adequate. In the booking it didn’t say anything about breakfast, but at check-in the flyer said complimentary breakfast from 8-10 but there was none.

Leider kein Personal vor Ort. Wir hatten zu wenig Toilettenpapier auf dem Zimmer, was zu entsprechenden Problemen führte. Des Weiteren sind die Wände sehr dünn und man bekommt alles von den Nachbarn mit. Leider kann sich nicht jeder Gast an die Ruhezeit ab 23:00 Uhr halten.

The reception place may be has direct phone when the clients have problem it may be contact the staff. Asked some staff to check bathroom the water holder and hair dry it is work ect.

I could not actually check in to the hotel as there is no staff there and never received my room number or lockbox code for two rooms. I arrived at 8:15PM and tried calling for 30 minutes with no answer. I had my 3 year old children and had to go find another hotel. I do not reccomend. :(

Nice and quiet place to stay. There were no staffs around but the place is very well maintained.

Amazing place chalk full of amenities!! We had the place to ourselves and it has every comfort you can think of for a guesthouse! Highly recommend!!

Une permanence à l’accueil de la réception serait très rassurante, surtout si l’arrivée à l’hôtel est tardive. La raison est double : 1/ l’hôtel est situé dans la campagne profonde Islandaise sans d’autres possibilités d’hébergement. 2/ le défaut d’une présence de personnel oblige le client à se débrouiller s’il y a une difficulté d’accès à la chambre. Pourquoi : Le code donnant accès à la chambre allouée est théoriquement adressé par mail 24h avant l’arrivée. Pour ma part, cela n’a pas été le cas. Ne pouvant joindre l’établissement (car l’appel téléphone ou mail reste sans réponse), j’ai dû faire intervenir de France mon loueur pour relancer l’établissement afin de me communiquer le code que j’ai reçu 8h avant.

Cuisine commune très propre et bien équipée, chambre parfaite, salle de bain très bien.

Nice lodging for the night. Nice community room for cooking, use of fridge, etc.

This was our first “Guesthouse” experience. There was no staff onsite. They did communicate and respond via email promptly. Checkin was easy. Room was comfortable. Kitchen was well equip and spacious. There was no oven only stove top burners, microwaves or toaster (not a toast we over). Free coffee/expresso/lattes!! Ample frig space. Shared room was very comfortable.

Struttura comoda, vicino alla ringroad, camera pulita e confortevole. Cucina fantastica con postazioni per cucinare comodissime (la migliore del mio viaggio) dotate di ogni tipo di utensile/posate/piatti/pentole. Macchinetta per bevande calde a disposizione.

Large shared area with plenty of kitchenettes, kitchenwares, utensils, tables and an automatic coffee machine. It was all clean and tidy.

Godo cooking facilities, clean, quiet. The only criticism is that we struggled to get in contact with the host over the phone to obtain our room number and key. Eventually a member of staff arrived and sorted it out.

Check in was terrible. They didn’t send email with code. Had to call Expedia to figure things out which took an hour to figure out. This happened to 3 other groups when we were there. Staff was rude when they showed up later. Terribly ran place!!

There was no hot water on the whole property for several hours. We checked in at 9:30PM and the hot water didn’t come back until the next morning when it trickled from the sink.
