Tout était parfait jusqu’à temps que l’ascenseur arrête de fonctionner , 6 étages à monter était vraiment pénible

Great Property. Great location. Near to restaurants, grocery shopping and University of Laval. Highly recommend!

Merci pour l’hébergement. Tout était bien. Il aurait été bien d’avoir du gel de douche. Vraiment agréable d’avoir le café a l’accueil.

Proper, spacieux,confortable. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le stationnement, car nous avions un porte bagage sur le toit du véhicule et que le stationnement est intérieur.

Mon séjour dans cet établissement s'est très bien passé, le seul bémol est que la rue Sainte Foy est très bruyante et que nous entendons vraiment la circulation dans les chambres qui donnent sur la rue.

This was ideal for us. We were at a sports event and I had a few extra kids with me. It was great to have two bedrooms and a place to cook. Restaurants and grocery stores all a quick walk. It was ideal

The room was a little dirty under the bed, but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the whole space was stunning. The emails were straightforward, and accessing it was not much of an issue. Would recommend.

Très bel endroit bien situé. Le système de codes pour l'accès à l'appartement et à l'ascenseur fonctionne très bien. Proximité de plusieurs services. Je recommande!

This place was clean, well Situated , had a well Stocked kitchen. There is a café on the ground floor of the building for coffee sandwiches and light snacks. Grocery store across the street as well as a large food court.

Everything you need is there!

Appartement bien aménagé, propre et tout près de l’université Laval. Idéal pour se loger lors des week-end de compétition sportive au PEPS! Nous avons bien aimé!
