Melhor experiência em hospedagem! Um hotel verdadeiramente boutique. As instalações, decoração, ambiente aquecido, tudo impecável. Café da manhã delicioso; tudo fresquinho, produtos caseiros, artesanais. Água e café expresso gratuitamente, o dia todo. Mas o diferencial, de fato, é a energia do lugar, dos donos, Cecília e Léo...os melhores anfitriões! Cecília pensa em tudo, cada detalhe, é agradável, prestativa, e sempre disposta e com um sorriso no rosto...encantador!

Local incrível! Super bem localizado, lindo e confortável! Ceci e staff são excepcionais e nos fizeram nos sentir em casa!

Well run hotel.

I goofed and didn't understand the check-in process, even though the hotel's owner made every attempt to contact me ahead of time. Sadly, I didn't recognize the WhatsApp number, so I kept ignoring the messages, fearing they were spam. Luckily, it all worked out and we had a good laugh when I finally realized it had been her behind the mysterious WhatsApp messages, not a potential spammer! "This is a house, not a hotel," she explained right away. She had partially grown up in the home and had since turned it into a B&B. I've never stayed in one before, and I don't think I ever will again. I'm sure it would be a disappointment. Hotel Oeste raised the benchmark extraordinarily high. From the warm reception to the gorgeous and comfortable accommodations, I quickly understood why this property had been so highly rated and reviewed. I will never forget the generous hospitality. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and their stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast every morning in the dining/sitting room with the peaceful music playing was always an amazing way to start the day. The spread wasn't fancy, but it was filling and so lovely and thoughtfully laid out. If we ever visit Mendoza again, we'd stay here in an instant if there were room!

O lugar perfeito em Mendoza. É uma casa muito charmosa e bem decorada por Cecília, que nos recebeu muito bem. Além de bem localizada em uma excelente região, próximo a vários restaurantes e à linda Plaza San Martin!

El lugar es hermoso, y la administradora es muy atenta y agradable. El desayuno es saludable y muy bueno, además la ubicación es céntrica y perfecta para descubrir los puntos más famosos del centro de Mendoza. 10/10

Recomiendo completamente este hotel, es seguro que volveré. Los dueños son excepcionales, muy atentos y además, el hotel está muy bien ubicado.

A estadia foi perfeita para nossa objetivo. Extremamente bem localizada. O Ar condicionado achei que tinha uma certa vibração, um certo barulho. Contudo, como não tenha um aparelho não sei se é normal ou não. E as trocas das toalhas molhadas poderiam acontecer com uma frequência um pouco maior. Tirando essas duas pequenas observações o OESTE Suítes foi muito, mas muito agradável. A dona Cecília é extremamente gentil e atenciosa. Recomendo a permanência.

Très belle endroit avec propriétaire très proactive . Le déjeuner est magnifique. Le service est excellent. Magnifique salle à manger

This is a small boutique hotel. It is very well located to dining and easy walking to various attractions. The owner, Ceci and her husband, were absolutely amazing! We have never had such personal attention. So sweet. This is a great gem. If you like commercialized big chain hotels, this is not for you. But if you like small and personal attention in charming accommodations, this is for you! Planning a family trip next year, hoping to be able to rent the entire hotel.

Very nicely designed main floor (common/breakfast area) and rooms. Lots of neat details. Staff was very helpful and you have access to the garden and pool area (can eat breakfast outside as well). Very easy and safe walk to great nearby restaurant and cafes/bars and park. Bakery and couple of small shops across the street. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Cecin& Cecilia

This charming boutique hotel was perfect for our Mendoza vacation. It has an adorable courtyard with grapes, olives, and pomegranates by the pool - a perfect place to relax. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was responsive and friendly. It is about 1 block from a tree covered street with many restaurants and bars. The wine regions of Mendoza are easily accessible by taxi or tour.
