Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. Everything is new and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. 2 pools and a big garden. Theres a fish restaurant inside a bit pricey but very delicious meals. Breakfast is open buffet and it was good too.

The place was really clean, nice staff, delicious breakfast , very peaceful atmosphere, pool was nice and clean good prices….. Overall it was almost perfect 👍

Buitenzwembad nog dicht omdat we er buiten het seizoen waren. Tevens nog werkzaamheden die stof en overlast zouden opleveren. Uitzicht aan de achterzijde wordt geblokkeerd door een bedrijfshal, wat de sfeer een beetje drukt. Binnenzwembad is goed en aangename temperatuur. Ontbijt is goed maar geen variatie, bij de prijs zit 1 kopje thee/koffie, p.p., meer is tegen betaling verkrijgbaar. Kamers worden op verzoek schoon gemaakt, maar zijn wel gehorig. Personeel is uiterst behulpzaam, restaurant is concurrerend geprijsd.

Breakfast was standard, binson, hasko 2 staffs were very helpful and kind. Always ready to help with our needs. Good resort and good amenities with a morning view which is mesmerising for the eyes. Highly recommend

Para pasar una noche en el viaje por Albania es una opción bastante buena. La habitación y el baño amplios, las camas muy cómodas. En los armarios había zapatillas de casa, pero usadas. El desayuno correcto, pero frío y no reponen lo que se acaba. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, amable y servicial. Nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina interior después del checkout y encima nos proporcionaron toallas. Una estancia agradable.

A fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Convenient location for exploring Vlore, Orikum and Dhermi. Very clean and comfortable with a great bed, linens, pillows. Wonderful outdoor swimming pool, large and deep with plenty of comfy sun loungers. Nice little gym and the much appreciated sauna, steam room and indoor plung pool. An astounding value for such a great hotel with all these amenities. Very highly recommended

Rent och fint rum. Hotelområdet var också alltid välstädat och i ordning. God frukost med lite olika smaker, något för alla. Hotellet ligger lite avsides så bil är nästan ett måste.

Superbe hôtel, chambre spacieuse, piscine incroyable, petit-déjeuner irréprochable. Au calme, entouré de montagnes. Spa d’une grande aide si mauvais temps. Personnelle agréable. Je recommande à 100%.

What a joke. This hotel could have potential, but it’s a total disaster. And for the price they charge? Don’t even bother. Staff couldn’t care less, our room smelled awful and wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. The shower didn’t work, and when I complained, the receptionist just shrugged and said “I know” — so apparently they’re fully aware of the problems and simply don’t care. Breakfast? An absolute horror show. Cold food, nothing refilled, and the same sad omelettes with a fly on them were served two days in a row. When I pointed it out, the staff’s response was: “I don’t know, I wasn’t here yesterday.” Seriously? That’s the level of professionalism here. This place loves to charge 4-star prices, but in reality it’s barely scraping 2-star quality. Save your money and your sanity — stay somewhere else.

Food was standout at the property! The spa and indoor pool were a great addition as well as the outdoor pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful - would recommend!

We loved everything about Acros. The staff were so kind to us and our children and went out of their way to be helpful. The pool was well designed and big enough to accommodate the guests. The room was clean and spacious and the photos on the listing matched reality!

The Acros resort is a beautiful, family-run property nestled in the mountains of Albania. It is the perfect place to relax by the pool while taking in the spectacular views of the property and mountains. The beaches of Orikum & Vlore are only a short drive away. The property is clean and offers great service and amenities. The staff was warm, attentive & helpful. We had an amazing time at The Acros Resort! Thank you Acros staff. You were great!

Great new hotel. Facilities are top notch. Staff is very nice but not very experienced.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay in a large triple room with a big balcony overlooking the pool and outside seating area. The bathroom was great with plenty of towels, constant hot water and a good shower to look forward to after a day at the beach. Our room had a good size fridge but no kettle for hot drinks although they could be purchased at the bar downstairs for an extremely reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and polite, always doing their best to accommodate us. The pool was fantastic, large and clean, and surrounded with sun loungers. Breakfast was adequate with just enough variety, hot drinks were barista style and brought to you. Lots of parking and easily accessible. I would not recommend a mountain view room that faces out the back of the hotel as it looks onto an unpleasant mineral water factory.
