Lugar lindo, cheguei a noite e o visual da chegada impressiona. Quartos amplos, atendimento de primeira, todos funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Ponto negativo, por ser dentro da mata e não pegar muito sol, o cheiro de mofo nos quartos incomoda.

Súper limpio el establecimiento y muy consientes con el entreno que se encuentran ya que ellos están dentro de la selva misionera. El staff de limpieza hasta los encargados; súper respetuosos y listos para ayudar, las recepcionistas también, súper amables. El desayuno exquisito y variado.

Helpful staff and very cute hotel. Restaurant food was just OK. Breakfast buffet was very solid and afternoon snack options were a very nice/welcome touch.

Room was excellent; staff was helpful. The rooms are large and well organized. The mini-kitchen is well appointed. The location was charming, in the middle of tropical forest.

Quarto espaçoso, cama gigante, lençóis bons e ar condicionado que refrigera muito bem! Banheiro separado pia. No chuveiro precisa tomar cuidado com uma “torneira” que sai da parede e se projeta bem à frente. Acaba que ela fica debaixo do chuveiro e se não tomar cuidado acaba se machucando. Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades salgadas. Porém classifico como um bom café da manhã!! Piscina linda porém a água não estava cristalina. Toalhas da piscina muito desgastadas! Um hotel sossegado, meio da floresta, ótimo para descansar!

El personal fueron excelentes. Nuestro vuelo llego con retraso, y el personal en la resepcion, nos espero, eran casi las 12:00 am. y bajo la lluvia nos llevo a nuestro cuarto. nunca le importa la lluvia. Su meta era darnos el mejor servicio. Y lo logro!!!

O hotel é muito bonito em meio a mata. Em uma tarde na piscina os macaquinhos brincavam pulando de galho em galho nas copas das árvores. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem opções boas. Os funcionários não são lá muito simpáticos, mas isso não foi um problema. O bar da piscina oferece algumas opções de alimentação. O chuveiro e a cama são muito bons e o quarto era silencioso.

The girl at the front desk in the afternoons was GREAT. She was so helpful. I think her name was Florencio?… The girl at the front dest in the morning shift was condescending and made no effort to help with anything. Other than this one staff member our stay was very nice

They have a really nice pool to relax in - especially needed due to the hot weather all year-round. They also offered snacks from 5-7pm each day, which was a really nice bonus. Great environment.

The service was unbelievably good.
